My initial application has some errors, the Vietnam visa team alerted me within 24 hours and explained in detail what I needed to fix. I made the corrections and emailed them directly and my visa was issued 5 days sooner than the allotted time of 10 days. I am a world traveler. This is the most excellent customer service I have seen from a national government service. Keep up the good work.

These guys are definitely not bots or anything impersonal like that. They are real people treating travelers like real people. They reply quickly and if there is an issue , in my case the quality of my selfie, they reply with diplomacy and confirm that they received the proper file. They then had my visa within a week. Very lovely to deal with. Even after I thanked them for their good personal service, they replied with kindness.

Great job! I applied for visa online one week before my trip to Vietnam, and immediately received email from Vietnam Visa Support Team that my passport and photo weren't attached correctly. I sent these docs via e-mail and got confirmation that it worked out. And when my flight day was approaching I sent them email explaining that and asking if there was any chance to get visa next couple days. And I got my visa really quick even it should take 10 working days, indeed they understood my travel plan and sent me visa in 5 days! So happy!

Awesome service. The Embassy responded quickly whenever I had an issue. And I mean quickly. When I thought I had an issue with the entrance date three days before I was to leave for Vietnam. The government website was very easy to use, more affordable than commercial service companies, and the service was excellent. I sent an email checking up on our visas as we were cutting it a bit close before departure. We received a reply in less than a business day and out visas shortly thereafter. A very straightforward and hassle-free process!
