They keep deleting my KYC request, even though I know all the information is correct. Now they are saying they need new information through an email link, claiming they have sent me a verification email, but I never received anything.
This is obviously a serious problem because I have money waiting to be withdrawn. I have never seen a casino behave like this before. It is very clear that they do not want to pay out. They have already seen my information, and they know they have no valid reason to deny it, so now they are just lying to delay the process and stop me from withdrawing my money.
It is common for some casinos to stall and play games with verification, but I have never seen one so blatantly lie and fail to follow proper KYC rules.
Stay away from this casino. They may let you withdraw small winnings once or twice to gain your trust, and then they completely screw you over with lies and endless delays when it is time to make a real payout.

They deleted my account when I won. I had like 55 euros which isnt much. The only option I had to withdraw was through bank transfer, which I did. I tried multiple times but they declined my withdraw. I contacted support for over three weeks regarding this issue. They decided to close my account for literally no reason. My winnings were fair with no violations whatsoever.

Scam company, you have to do KYC every deposit.
There is no support, when you open a ticket they will just close it and after send you an email saying that you did not responde (not true). They just waste your time till you just lose all your patience. The withdraw is 50€, a casino is not facilitating a withdraw this small.
