I was very impressed with the speed of replies to my emails and the cooperation of the team in arranging a refund for the item I received late and did not require, Henri was very helpful

I had already bought about 5 pairs of the vikibody leggings and loved every pair, nxt two pairs of leggings came and one had a tear on the inner seam. I contacted vikibody with a pic of the problem and to my surprise they said keep that leggings and we shall send another out for free. Amazing customer service, nothing more annoying having to return an item when it is not your mistake, five stars vikibody, other companies should take a leave out of your customer service book

I ordered the black “tiktok leggings”and mine are great. I wear them for the gym and classes and like the fact they don’t roll down at the waste due to my tummy fat. Just ordered the bra and shorts so I’ll see how they are. The material on my leggings and the size are perfect 👍

This is a scam. The leggings are falling apart and they don’t match the size chart. I’m a size 2 and these would’ve fit a 13 year old girl. They refused to do returns or exchanges. Waste of money. Do not buy!!!

First, they pretend to be a UK / US company, but they're actually based in China.
They claim that their products are of good quality, but it can't be further from the truth: leggings are see-through, size of their products is appalling, no pads in the sports bras and they are awfully made (threads are dangling all over the place).
All of the items are Made in China bad quality rubbish.
Emailed Customer Service, which outright refused return & refund claiming that they don't do so because of Covid (which is a lie, as their return policy updated recently says nothing of such). They even have the cheek to offer a 50% discount for next purchase! I've been emailing them for days, they still haven't done the refund!!
Avoid this website like a plague. Also, please take a minute to report their social media pages so others won't be tricked into buying their rubbish products.
(Seriously suspect those positive ratings are paid for)

I purchased 12 pairs of leggings. I was not happy with the sizing. As you have a 30-day Guarantee, I contacted them within the 30-days to inform them I was returning the items. They agreed to send my order again and told me to keep the 1st batch. 4 months went by, and I didn't receive my order. Thankfully I purchased them on my CC. I contacted my bank. I disputed my charges and got a full refund. Be aware this is not a UK brand; they are in China and pose as a UK based supply. They also lie and tell you, your ordered has been sent, when it hasn’t.

Do not waste your money on these leggings, they are not true to size at all and the company claim they are not see through..they are!! and are very bad quality. Customer services are the worst l have ever come across, stating they are dealing with this matter, they have not and have totally ignored my last 2 emails requesting an answer. Now l have wasted my money on 3 pairs of leggings l cannot wear.

Ordered several items, tried returning two that did not fit even though the sizes were all the same and was advised that they do not offer refunds. Cheap material and awful customer service. Do not waste your time ordering from this company.

still no show of a refund also they are still harrassing me with marketing emails even tho i have told them to stop you should not be selling as you still have my money and this is now fraud and i will be taking it further

I would give zero rating
I placed an order for 2 pairs only received one pair.
The one pair had thread hanging off and a hole in crutch.
Contacted about the second pair that was missing. They said they would send out. Had email to say they sent so checked and they sent the wrong pair. A pair I would not even wear. The company is a joke.
I'm still waiting on a refund but they have only refunded one pair like the second pair was a freebie.
As if i paid for 2 pairs.

I had a problem with my items & I emailed them & they were very happy to replace them with no hassle,so I would recommend these to all my friends &family u should check them out thanku.

Had a pair off leggings one came to me damaged.I got in touch with them straight away they were on to it with a replacement on the way

If I could give a zero star I would! Do not buy from this company! I bought two bras which because of the design were not suitable at all. I emailed them to ask if I could return them and was told no due to COVID!!! What a load of crap! After many emails stating that I was not happy with that, as I was unable to physically inspect the bras when buying online. I still have had no joy. They do not care! The products are not good and the customer service afterwards is shocking! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I ordered 2 pairs, I'm a size 12-14 and a got medium they fit great. Unfortunately one pair had a small hole in when they came but just sent a email and they're sending me another pair completely free. Uther than that amazing leggings and really good customer service.

The refunds policy is not clear and confusing
They claim the gym leggings are a personal item and cannot return do to covid 19, lots of nonsense excuses well guess what they say on lone they offer return within 30 days of delivery as long as in same packaging all so inconsistent. Also the sizing is inconsistent not as advertised!!

I will be making contact with the ombudsmen to clarify the rights of customer and inconsistent sales policies. UNHAPPY and not going away give the customer the service you would expect yourself.

Dreadful. Bought 2 pairs of leggings and I was I unsatisfied with them. Requested a refund within a couple of days of receiving them and they refused!! Avoid.
