Our most sincere apologies for letting you down with our product, and for the frustration you've been experiencing. While we are unable to accept returns, we are still able to process exchange but for this case, you may need to pay 50% (+ shipping costs) of the price for each article that is re-ordered for the wrong size. If you don't mind, could you please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram with your name and order ID. If possible, please let us know too what size do you usually get and how much is the difference in sizing of the product from your expectation. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out about your order with us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the quality of our product and would like to offer some assistance.

I understand that you wanted a refund, and it will allow us to resolve any problems if you can elaborate on what seems to be disappointing about the product or how different it was from the images on our website.

For example, there may be a slight difference of -/+ 2 cm in the sizes of the products and slight variations in the colors of fabrics, prints, or texture of the image you see on your monitor and the actual product. This is due to the nature of differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the capabilities of computer monitors.

If you think that there is something more serious issue, please let us know and we are more than willing to hear you out. In the meantime, while we are unable to provide you a refund, I can give you a non-expiry store credit that you can use to purchase another product that may be more satisfying for you. If this won't work, I will have to set up a meeting with our customer success department once you provided us your elaboration so that they can also investigate it and so that you can get the most out of your product.

Hi Dustin, We apologize for the inconvenience our product has caused and I understand your frustration. For some customers, a lack of phone support is a deal breaker, and that’s completely understandable, but it’s currently not available. After thorough investigation, the initial order that was delivered to you by Canada Post is supposedly the one that you ordered that should have 7 items and the other order that seems to be unfortunately lost by the carrier is the surprise package. I know it’s stressful when you’ve got work to do and you’re stuck like this but please kindly send us a message on Facebook or Instagram so we can further discuss this.

We've also established our Return Policy to provide fair support to our valued customers however, as you were previously advised, we are currently unable to accept returns but it doesn't mean that we just don't want to return your money or we just don't care about your hard-earned money, in fact, one of our main goals is to do our best to offer you most affordable leggings and even provide discounts from time to time while making sure that we are providing you good quality products.

However, this one may have regrettably slipped past those checks and failed to live up to our standards.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Paris. I totally understand how frustrating it is to be waiting or never receive your order. As we have been made aware of these rare situations may occur, we established our Return Policy to provide fair support to our valued customers. Occasionally, there may be delays for you to receive your order due to particular reasons such as the courier lost your package while in transit, or it may have been stolen, or have been returned to sender due to an incorrect address or incomplete address or no one was available to receive your order after few attempts but rest assured that when you ordered, the shipping process started on that same day automatically. However, while your order is In Transit, just like you, we are also just depending on the courier's update. I personally do wish there is a way for us to get it to you sooner (when will those Star Trek transports be invented!). Please know that we truly wanted to attend to all your concerns and put away all your worries. I'm sorry I couldn’t be of more help here but if you can send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram we can discuss this further. I understand that you are requesting a refund and I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy with our product. We do provide refunds, provided that a qualifying reason is involved. (please see our terms and conditions here: https://uk.vikibody.com/pages/return-policy), and in case we are unable to offer a refund, we alternatively offer replacement of our other product, a smaller/larger size, or a credit.
As we arrange that, though, I would love to understand your situation better and see if there’s any other way we can help.

We’re really sorry that our product didn’t live up to your expectations, Mayda. We understand how disappointing it can be but as we have suggested in our size guide, we do recommend going one size up if you're confused about the sizes. The leggings are equipped with a compression feature which you would notice even before you wear it that it seems to be smaller than your expected size but due to its stretchy quality, given that you ordered the correct size, it should fit. I want to help you get the most possible resolution you need, and we can definitely get that done faster via email or you can send us a message on Facebook or Instagram. Hello Amie, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers, we make sure that they will come to your doorstep in perfect condition and that we packed the correct order you placed. However, on rare occasions, few products may slip past those checks and fail to live up to our standards. There are small chances that the same product may have a +/- 0.5 centimeters difference from the others and I must admit, that is not an excuse as this has always been an issue with items of clothing but rest assured that we strive to do our best and your feedback really means to us because this will help us to find the faults and we promise to do better.
