Ich bin absolut begeistert! Die Qualität ist hervorragend und geschmacklich wirklich unschlagbar. Auch die Lieferung in die Schweiz war schnell, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Alles hat perfekt geklappt – ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen!

Auch erneute Bestellungen/Lieferung war wieder perfekt.
Absolut gut verpackt.
Die Lieferung dauerte etwas länger, jedoch wurde eine aktuelle Umstellung kommuniziert.
Vilgain ist bis jetzt sehr empfehlenswert!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I waited more than 2 weeks for my package to arrive, and I still didn't even know about it.
They do not have a phone number - of course, as it's a Chech company, not Swiss, not German or so, but their site is German and the domain is .ch. No phone number and in the email they said my package will arrive soon. Ifter more than a week I waited another week. Finally the horrible DPD did not ring the bell just called me when I was in a meeting, and took back the package, it was their mistake. Finally, they sent back my package after waiting nearly 3 weeks by mistake.
I almost got the package after 3 weeks, but finally it was returned. Terrible experience! Never order again.
