Almond butter is absolutely disgusting
Almond butter is absolutely disgusting. It tastes musty and nothing like almond butter. Contacted customer services who accept no responsibility and have been incredibly arrogant with their response. I couldn’t recommend them less.

Hi Jilly,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with both the product and your experience with our customer service team.
As the product was not purchased directly from us, we were unfortunately unable to issue a refund. However, after reviewing your case, we wanted to acknowledge your experience and provided a voucher to the value of the product, along with a free delivery voucher.
We also apologise if our communication came across poorly. We always aim to be helpful and respectful, and we're sorry that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to review what happened and hope we'll have the chance to provide a better experience in the future.
Kind regards,
Team Vilgain

We had to send the order back
There was no delivery note, no invoice and the terms moved as the introduction went along. The goods were not protected properly in packing. The website is unclear as to your configurations/prices for purchasing retailers. So poor was our experience that we had to cancel and send the order back to you.

Hello Richard,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. The issues you describe regarding the missing documentation, packaging, changing terms, and the clarity of our retailer purchasing process do not reflect the experience we aim to provide.
We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate your case in more detail and better understand what happened. Please contact us directly at supportb2b@vilgain.com with your company name and order details, and we will review the situation with the relevant teams.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we need to improve.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the jam, chicken, and pizza base.
We completely understand your point regarding the shorter use-by dates on the wraps and pizza bases. Because we focus on premium quality and keep our ingredients as clean, as possible, without artificial preservatives, our bakery products naturally have a shorter shelf life.
If you ever receive products with a shorter use-by date than expected, please feel free to reach out to us at support@vilgain.co.uk, we will be happy to help.
Best regards,

Hello,
we are sorry to hear that the taste of the protein didn't quite meet your expectations.
Taste is very subjective, and we completely understand that our flavor profiles may not suit everyone.
If you would like to discuss this further or return the item, please feel free to reach out to us at support@vilgain.co.uk. We will be more than happy to help you find a solution, that works for you.
Thank you for your understanding, and have a wonderful day.
