I have been a customer of Vineyard Vines for years. However, their return policy is incredibly inefficient and archaic, at best. There isnât an online shop, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, that takes up to 60 days to process a return during this pandemic!! Are they using an abacus? Do they not have anyone thatâs tech savvy in their return department? No computers?? Any company that can immediately take money from my account when I place an order, can certainly process a return within two weeks. If they are so backed up with processing returns, that doesnât say much about the products they are selling (at very high prices!). Get with the program, tieguys!!

I often place orders online and then take any returns to my local store. Wrong product supplied and no answer from 'customer service' on issue
I recently ordered a Men's Custom Shep Shirt (Navy) with an American flag on the shoulder and a whale with a Santaâs hat on the chest. The order was confirmed by Vineyard Vines during checkout. Because it was a 'Custom Shoe Shirt' it was expensive. Thatâs what I ordered and paid an extraordinary sum for. Instead, I received a blank shep shirt - no decals/embroidery at all. Even the slip in the box says âblankâ. At no stage was I informed during ordering or prior to shipping that this would happen. I sent Vineyard Vines customer service an email four days ago outlining the issue and have heard zero from them.
I am absolutely disappointed and want a refund or at the very least, the badges mailed to me so that I can have them attached locally. Without the decals the shep shirt looks dull, boring, entirely uninteresting and I donât want it. There was no returns envelope in their shipment either.
Their silence speaks volumes for their attitude. I am wondering how long they can, in this current climate, treat their paying customers in this way before news spreads and they are blacklisted.

I am disgusted at this company.In store in Bahamas,my father purchased two shirts because he thought he had a resort credit.In turn,it was a mistake and the credit was removed.He went to return the shirts only an hour later and be told there is nothing they can do he can only have a store credit.I have been shopping with this company a long time but I guess I am completely done with them.

Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience! Never buying from them again. Bought a button down shirt with a discount over Labour Day weekend, but it was never delivered even though I got a confirmation email. Two weeks later, when I tried calling the number on the email, it was not working. Then I sent an email and they responded that they were sorry but the item I bought was out of stock. However, it is one of their most popular items and it has been available on the website since (only not with the discount). I then wrote a review on their website, but was never published. Simply terrible and dishonest!

All my emails ( apart from 1 ) have gone un- answered.
Itâs not possible to complete a return form via there web site because it doesnât allow for the uk post code to been entered into the form.

Terrible quality Terrible service.
Brought a blue basic baseball cap three months ago. Within the first two months of minor use I could see a slight fade in the colour. By month three the blue now has a pink hue to it all over.
Contacted customer service if you can even call it that. Apparently their terrible quality is classed as normal wear and tear and do not replaced misused items.
Wearing for a few hours here and there in three months is hardly enough wear and tear for a blue cap to turn pink.
Anyway Vineyard Vines have showed their true colours and have lost a customer.
Ordered some items that was neverâŠ
Ordered some items that was never delivered but it stated that they were. I was at home on the delivery day and did not recieve the items. I called customer service and they acted like they didn't even care. She kept telling me that items are sometimes marked as delivered but I should wait 24hr. The funny part is the package was delayed prior and I was told to wait 48hrs so at this point I'm out over 200$ worth of clothing and they just don't care. It's not the first time I have ordered from them but it's definitely the last.
Unclear website
On 6/12, I ordered a Sankaty Quarter zip for my husband for FD. I understood it to be on sale at 101.99 but it wenr into my basket at 128.00. I called customer service and got a message that they would return on Monday. I went through with the order; it was the last day to guarantee delivery by FD. On Mnday 6/14 I talked to Amanda about this and she said to send a screenshot of what I saw and she would get back to me. I did not get a reply until after FD on 6/24-10 days later! I got his:

The graphics to me looked like the regular price was 128.00 and the sale price was 101.99. I responded that as a consumer it was NOT clear. I got no response. I called CS on 7/7/21-they never asked my name or order number to revisit the screenshot-just replied that I already gifted the shirt and there would be no return. I have never had an experience like this with customer service anywhere...EVER.
Abysmal Service for Great Products
I used to love their site, products and support. Their products still look great and they have some unique offerings. That is about where the satisfaction stops. Just had to return an order because it didn't fit (not like we can just venture out to the local stores with ease these days to try something on). No problem - painless process to start the return. Then it all goes to hell from there. 60 days to receive a refund!? C'mon. Returned 2/23, yet didn't arrive at the return facility until 3/10. This starts the 60 day countdown for return. Buy in store if you don't want the company to hold your merchandise and your money if you need to make a simple return.

Horrible customer service!! They do not back up their products. Bought a button down shirt for present for my husband. He wore it once we washed it and in washer all buttons in shirt fell off and crumbled. When contacting customer service because the shirt was a lot of money they said nothing could be done because shirt not covered from normal wear and tear. I explained this was not normal wear and tear it is poor quality clothes and they still did not offer to give a new shirt or refund. Horrible products and customer service. I have been buying vv clothes for years the quality has become horrible and to top it off so is customer service. I will be shopping elsewhere and so should you!

Site seems to run by robots. I placed an order for my grandson, and immediately realized I had ordered the wrong size. Tried to change the order but only got robots. Finally directed me to an email address. The email response started out: "unfortunately..." They told me they cannot change the order but I could return the wrong size and order the new one. When I tried to return, robotic website refused. Back to the email - 4 times and a report to the PA Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. They finally sent me a gift card. Worthless since I never plan to buy from them again.

I think the people in customer service and their leaders are missing a link !!!!Ordered on black Friday sale, $579 for Christmas gifts. Was sent email with shipment info on Dec 5th. Noticed on tracking that it had not moved from Akron Ohio.. Called, given the excuse of the " virus"... called back on the 22nd when it still had not moved from Akron Ohio. Talked to someone that had to be high..."The Virus" my daughter called on 12/28/20. was told they would refund me what they didnt have and send me what was instock and "expediate " Free. ( never i am sorry or what can i do to make this right ?) I get 2 emails with tracking and check my bank record. Not only did they charge for "expediated " shipping but also for the same quarter zip at FULL PRICE. So I PAID FOR THE SAME THING 2 TIMES!!! CALLED THIS MORNING , SUPERVISOR CALLED ME BACK... She could never understand that they charged me 2x for the same thing. I told her I would make this simple, they needed to refund every dime I spent and whatever they shipped to me , I would return .. they just needed to send me a shipping label to send it all back and I would never shop at Vineyard Vines again. Now I know why they have bad customer service because she emailed me , said the quarter zip was no longer on sale so they charged me over $100 without my permission.?????? She refunded all my money but not the money they charged without my permission ..... So not only did I not have all my Christmas gifts for Christmas, I am going to contact my bank about that illegal charge.

Donât Place an online order with Vineyard Vines!
I placed my order on 12/2/20, and it was acknowledged received on 12/2/20 that I would receive (estimated) on 12/8/20. With that in mind, I expected to have the item for an event I planned to wear it on 12/16/20. It is now
9 pm on 12/22/20, and no idea where my order is. USPS tracking is sporadic and inaccurate at best. I usually shop with Johnson & Murphy who has excellent customer service. I will NEVER make the mistake of shopping with Vineyard Vines again! I will be lucky to get my money back, as it appears I will never see my purchased item. For the money they ask for their product, i would expect better customer service than what has been available and provided. NEVER AGAIN !

I placed an online order on December 11 but missed the cutoff for Friday shipping. No worries; the site says my order will be shipped Monday 12/14.
Nope! On Tuesday they proudly announce my order has been shipped -- via UPS, complete with the UPS logo on the page. The tracking number doesn't work, but the email and my experience say that this is not unusual.
The rest of the week there is still no progress. On Friday I call and am told that my package is in PRESHIP and DHL has it?? Say what??
My customer service agent cheerfully explains that this is normal??? Well, maybe in her version of reality....
On Saturday I go for the mail and guess what? My shipment has arrived via USPS (For the benefit of the geniuses at VV this is the Post Office)
The tracking number from USPS matces the 'UPS' tracking number from VV. What can I say??
