Very pleasant first time ordering experience.

An exceptionally dependable source for purchasing wine. The transaction process is efficient, and delivery is punctual as promised. Strongly recommended.

Terrible service

Great experience, easy ordering and fast shipment. The only wished that the bottles were shipped in cardboard instead of styrofoam, or at least give customers the option. I receive wines from my club memberships in cardboard only, and it works just the same. Styrofoam is a beast that lives for 500+ years...

This company offers great prices, but it comes with a total lack of customer service. They don't answer the telephone, and they don't ship quickly. If you need wine on any sort of schedule, this is not the place for you.

I was a Vinfolio storage client. Stored hundreds of bottles of First Growth Bordeaux among other high-end wines. I requested a small number of my wines in storage to be shipped to me in California. The Vinfolio shipping department shipped my wines 15 days after I requested shipment. This is absolutely unacceptable. Very poor customer service from the shipping department. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered a bottle of 1977 Port as a gift to my hosts at Thanksgiving. I paid for Fedex Two-Day Delivery. After a few false starts, I received my Port overnight. I leave on Monday, November 20th for the big event and am very happy that Vinfolio went out of its way to help me. All is well.

I have been a customer for at least 10 years. I am beyond disappointed that Vinfolio and Vincellar have lost bttles of wine that was purchased more than a Has Vinfolio become the new "Premier Cru" - what is going on with this company!

Great service. Access to rare wines, great wines, and great value wines. There is something for everyone.

The service level working with a representative that’s assigned to working with you on an ongoing basis makes the experience much more personalized and provides for a higher quality of service.

Vinfolio assigned to me a specialist in fine wine, Michelle Lindberg, who keeps me informed of available wines that fit my tastes and collector preferences. She has been terrific. Vinfolio sources the very best wines from all major regions.

It took 23 minutes from my arrival for my wine to be brought out to me....

Couldn't find my order, then couldn't find my wine, then couldn't reach my wine and needed to find someone who could. It seems like this should be about a 3-minute process, which it is at other companies I use.

You have a great selection and decent prices. Arnaldo Burgos has been very attentive to all my requests. Superb service

In general I find VF quite good. Sometimes I have trouble trying to get responses to questions. For instance, I have pending a question about charges for use of their cellar and no answer yet after at least 3 weeks.

I like the Wines you have and the service of your people is always great!
What I don't like is that you have some wines in the list that you really don't have, I've been Asking for Fontalloro since February, This July you still have it in the list and I had to cancel it because you don't have it!

I also would like a specific shipment method, its difficult to ship a purchase instead of sending it to VInfolios Cellar!

Picked up my wine at WineBid quickly and efficiently, wonderful service and contacted my by email to let me know the wine was picked up and then added to my storage.

I am not sure what happened to this company, but there is a DISTINCT change in the customer service. I have sent probably 100 cases of wine over the years to be sold on the site and never have had any issues with getting accurate reports in a timely manner. And if there was an issue, it was a quick call that got my question answered. Now, NO ONE answers the phone!! The reports are late and give little information. I am actually being a little generous giving 2 stars.
