I ordered a few products 18 months ago for a building project. Unboxing it was discovered that a light socket was missing a piece and the ordered light bulbs were not included. I had many attempts to reach customer service for help. Had ZERO success. I just paid anther $89 to order the necessary replacement socket. The merch is pretty but the service is SHI***

I was in search of the perfect light to wire above my 50’s diner style kitchen table. I couldn’t have picked a better one! Steve is amazing and does great work. Fast shipping and never a hassle. I will buy again!

Customer service appears to be non existent. I made 3 orders in June 2025. Have been attempting to get VAT invoice through email & phone calls for the past 8 months, but no reply from either forms of communication.

The products I have received are brilliant quality and far exceeded my expectation.

I had a few questions too, and the customer service was second to none.

I love my new wine rack holders (so cool I bought two), really unique & stylish design, solidly made, fits all size of bottles - Vintage Electrical was a great find!

I purchased The Brass Clover Etched side table recently. I was delighted with the speedy delivery. Upon opening the table the three legs fitted with ease and my table took pride of place in its new space. The etched clover table top is really interesting and has become a talking point with friends and family.

So I am submitting another terrible review. My last review about my missing order was answered with the advice to contact the company directly with my order number. I have done this through the website form on the website, through the contact email and replying to my order confirmation. Still no response!!! I ordered my lights on 7th February, order number: 13006. I paid £419.98. I still have no lights. No delivery information, nothing except my order confirmation and the money taken from my account. I have had no option to post this as another bad review in order to illicit a response. You now have my order number so tracking it should be possible. Either my order is fulfilled or a full refund. I don't care which, the customer service here is completely unacceptable. If this gets me nowhere this company is definitely a scam.

Second purchase from this company, restoring my kitchen and decided the matte black and copper Cawston shade would be a great fit, quality of the shade is brilliant. Surprisingly my order was delivered the next day. Will look to furnish with other items from this company.

Similar to another review here, I have tried to contact the company through the chat today and an email sent 3 days ago with no response. As with a previous reviewer the online form had no send button.

UPDATE The owner of the company contacted me immediately after my post above and resolved the issue. I received my items eventually and they were very apologetic. Communication did remain difficult but the lamps look great (not yet fitted).

An excellent service all round. A great retailer supplying quality products at very affordable prices. Ordering and delivery is a cinch; delivery is prompt with good tracking available.
I highly recommend.
