Website very easy to use and the general communication was informative and timely.

We stayed in Can Oliveres, Puerto Pollensa. A large grand house with pool and lots of space close to the sea. Location was excellent. We know the area well and selected it for that.

The villa overall was good. A few tweaks are needed in basic maintenance (loose loo seats, cold showers etc) but it was well stocked and plenty of room for us. It met what we expected from the listing.

The outside pool area was a lovely place to while away the day.

The pre holiday comms and payments were all effected smoothly.

Julie the local rep made a visit and took us through any issues. We didn’t need any help but did feed back the maintenance issues.

The 5pm access time mandated does seem late and excessive for this villa. Tired UK families who’ve had early flights would surely want access at 3pm, which has been our experience on 10 previous villa rentals around here.

Wir hatten die „Sa Cova d'es Pujol“ für eine Woche für ein Familientreffen gemietet. 6 Erwachsenen, zwei Kinder (Kinder 2+5 Jahre) aus drei verschiedenen Lokationen aus Deutschland und Frankreich im Alter von 2 bis 81 Jahren.
Für die Jüngste wurde uns ein zusätzliches Kinderbett und ein Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Pool wurde für uns kindersicher eingezäunt. Letzteres wurde von VintageTravel (Kristel, sehr sympathisch, hilfreich und spricht hervorragend deutsch) proaktiv angeboten.
Haus und Pool sind sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet und ausgestattet. Sie haben unsere Erwartungen in allen Belangen übertroffen.
Küche und Grillplatz haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Gegessen wurde zuhause.
Da dies abends meist erst nach 21:00h geschah haben wir am Grillplatz eine Beleuchtung vermisst.
Der Pool war auch Ende April schon hinreichend warm, jedenfalls wärmer als das Meer und wurde von allen ebenfalls ausgiebig genutzt, die Kinder waren nicht rauszukriegen.
Exkursionen: S’Amarador zum Baden im Meer, Kloster San Salvador-Besichtigung/Ausicht (Vorsicht: hochalpine Strecke), Santanyi- Markt, Portocolom-Paella essen und immer wieder Felanitx zum Cerveza, Cortado, einkaufen.

Wir hatten von Deutschland aus für die Zeit 2 PKW und 2 Trekkingräder gemietet.
Velohannes hat die Räder am Ankunftsabend kostenfrei geliefert und am Abend vor der Abreise abgeholt-ich kann ihn nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Auto-Kindersitze hatten wir von RentalPanda günstig, inklusive Lieferung und Abholung zum PMI.
Die Anmietung der PKWs von Deutschland aus bei einem lokalen Anbieter war eher unerfreulich. Statt den günstigen vereinbarten ca. 140€/ Fahrzeug + Woche mussten wir pro Fahrzeug eine Zusatzversicherung in etwa gleicher Höhe abschließen. Der günstige Preis gelte nur mit einer per Kreditkarte hinterlegten Kaution von 1.400€ und enthalte keinerlei Versicherung gegen nach Rückgabe festgestellte Beschädigungen oder Diebstahl. Als wir dann trotzdem nur die Kaution hinterlegen wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass die Visa-Karte keine echte Kreditkarte sei.
Da prinzipiell weder die Fahrzeugübergabe noch die Rückgabe persönlich erfolgen, sollten alle kleinsten Mängel bei gutem Tageslicht fotografisch protokolliert werden um spätere Missverständnisse auszuschließen.

Cortana is such a beautiful Tuscan hill town and the villa is within easy walking distance. The owner Pietro is very helpful and kind and he looks after everything. The villa has all you need for a small family and the views are exceptional. Our Vintage rep was also very proactive and helpful.

The staff is extremely well-informed and provides top-notch accommodation options. Their customer service is excellent, and their property reviews are spot-on.

We found a gem of a villa in lefkada and decided to take a punt. The price was fair and there was a lot of info on the website to help. We have used several sites to book villas before but the service we got from vintage travel was very personal. We were sent a lot of info before we arrived about the villa, the area and practicalities. Accessing the villa was easy and it was exactly as promised. A representative came to check in and was available on Whatsapp when we had questions. We managed to lock ourselves out (our fault) and the friendly representative arranged for the owner to let us in within minutes! Overall we were very impressed

From booking to our transfer back to the airport at the end of our holiday, it could not have been better.

Found Vintage Travel by accident on a Web search for a Villa in a certain area.

Booking, Communication, Paperwork and Service all perfect.

We booked a villa holiday through Vintage Travel on a recommendation from a third party. The booking process was really simple, communications throughout the process were excellent and when in the villa, we had a couple of minor issues but the team were always on hand, easy to contact and did everything possible to deal with the issues promptly. We are now looking to book another villa holiday and without a doubt, it will be through Vintage Travel. Highly recommend them.

The booking experience is very easy. We liked the personal touch and VT made us feel valued as a customer. Amendments to the booking were easy and choice of hire car company really good value. Emailing the villa booklet and location guide ahead of arrival is a brilliant idea which meant that we knew what to expect and had done our planning way ahead of time. Overseas representative in our case went out of her way to resolve our local issue within a day. Villa was good quality and well located.

Second time using vintage travel. They keep you well informed when payments due. Rep was very friendly and made contact before and after we arrived. Villa sky in Portugal amazing. So clean.

We've stayed at 6 Vintage Travel villas so far in different places within Andalucia but will definitely be using them again. The booking process is straightforward and you get to speak to real people.
The website provides you with an accurate description of the property, helpful location map inc satellite view, and plenty of photos.
A useful electronic version of the villa's information pack is sent to you before you get to Spain with good directions to the property. The local rep (Georgina) could not be more helpful, and although we chose not to meet her, she has always been available for any queries or advice we've needed. She also proactively helped to make our transfer from one property to another as smooth as possible at the end of first week of a fortnight's holiday.
The bottom line is that they do things how they should be done and that's why they are our first choice when looking for villas.

Vintage Travel as a company are excellent from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff to try and help and sort out.
The villas are as shown on line and I would say having travelled with them around 7 times even better when you get there.
We have been very pleased with each holiday experience and would highly recommend them.

We have booked at least 7 villas with Vintage Travel over the years and can’t praise their customer service, booking process, properties and local representatives highly enough. We occasionally have had to book rivals where Vintage don’t have a property which only serves to highlight how much better Vintage Travel really are.
Booking through the website is easy and clear and confirmations are swift. Timely reminders for balances are sent and any queries dealt with efficiently by telephone through helpful and pleasant staff. The same professionalism carries through to local representatives who are extremely knowledgeable of the local area and whose recommendations for restaurants, local sites of interest or help with general queries is first class. The availability of a Vintage Travel property often determines our holiday destination, they are that good.
This year‘s destination was Villa Patatiri in Crete - a beautiful, characterful villa with great facilities. It’s a lovely location for restaurants and beaches and Johns (our local rep) recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were accurate and well worth visiting. Thanks again for all your help.
