Have used Vintage Travel twice now (both for villas in Mallorca) and have found them to be an extremely good company to deal with. From the booking process onwards, all has gone well, and we've been pleased with the properties they provided.
Will definitely use again.

Excellent company to deal with. Friendly and helpful staff. The villa we stayed at was amazing, lovely grounds,clean, plenty of space and excellent pool area. In the countryside but only 10minutes drive to Alcudia or Pollenca. Lovely and peaceful. Lots of information given .would definitely book again with Vintage tarvel.

We have booked with Vintage travel twice a year for many years. They have staff who are professional and knowledgable, and the villas are in great locations. We just returned from Casa de la Fuente in Andalusia, which was very special. A quiet peaceful location, and the villa had everything you needed. The owners are friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and the pool was warm and very well maintained. We would love to go back. A lovely holiday.

Really special villa in a stunning location and great customer service. We spend a lot of time searching for our perfect villa away from it all & surrounded by nature, but still high quality. This one is perfect. It's our second time here and we hope to return.

Everything with Vintage Travel was seamless. They are friendly and professional. Whilst we didn't ned them during our holiday, we appreciate the initial courtesy call so that we know they're there for us should we need them.

We have rented villas twice now through Vintage Travel - once in Andalucia and just recently in Greece. Their customer service is exceptional - they are responsive and flexible. The selection of villas is excellent and as a couple we have always found plenty of choice of smaller places. The photos on the website give a realistic/true depiction of the villas and their location, with lots of helpful info about distances to things like shops and airports. The advance info you get about the villa, and arrival, is amazingly comprehensive.

In Andalucia, the local VT rep Georgina was friendly and helpful, and in Greece the owner and his property manager were available on Whatsapp (as well as coming to say hi at one point) and responded incredibly quickly to an issue with the water supply.

The villas themselves were different (The Spanish one was older in style, while Greece was brand spanking new) but they both lived up to expectations and in fact exceeded them.

I don't doubt we will book with Vintage Travel again. In a world of AI chatbots and indifferent attitudes to customer service, they are a breath of fresh air.

We stayed at Tia Pepa in the Andalucian Mountains during May 2026. We were only the second visitors to use this new villa, and the entire stay was fantastic. From the initial booking with Vintage Travel all the way through to departure from the villa, we were looked after and kept informed throughout the entire journey.

The information provided prior to our stay was thorough and extremely useful. The support from Georgina, the regional Vintage Travel representative, during our stay was also exemplary.

I can certainly recommend using Vintage Travel again in the future, and also this particular villa as a fantastic place to chill out and enjoy the Andalucian countryside.

We had a fantastic week in Villa Marilia, Crete. A really generous welcome pack was much appreciated after a late night arrival. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. John was on hand to answer any queries and also had great recommendations for activities, places to eat etc. We didn't want to leave and would definitely book again 😀

I booked a villa for family and friends for my Wife's 50th birthday celebration, that was new to the Vintage collection, and it did not disappoint. In fact i don't think the pictures and description did it justice. From booking to arrival it was, as has always been, a seamless service. On my wife's actual birthday, MJ, the local Vintage rep and a representative from the company that owns the villa arrived with a birthday cake and some fizz which added even more to what was a fabulous week away. Will continue to use Vintage

Website very easy to use and the general communication was informative and timely.

We stayed in Can Oliveres, Puerto Pollensa. A large grand house with pool and lots of space close to the sea. Location was excellent. We know the area well and selected it for that.

The villa overall was good. A few tweaks are needed in basic maintenance (loose loo seats, cold showers etc) but it was well stocked and plenty of room for us. It met what we expected from the listing.

The outside pool area was a lovely place to while away the day.

The pre holiday comms and payments were all effected smoothly.

Julie the local rep made a visit and took us through any issues. We didn’t need any help but did feed back the maintenance issues.

The 5pm access time mandated does seem late and excessive for this villa. Tired UK families who’ve had early flights would surely want access at 3pm, which has been our experience on 10 previous villa rentals around here.

Wir hatten die „Sa Cova d'es Pujol“ für eine Woche für ein Familientreffen gemietet. 6 Erwachsenen, zwei Kinder (Kinder 2+5 Jahre) aus drei verschiedenen Lokationen aus Deutschland und Frankreich im Alter von 2 bis 81 Jahren.
Für die Jüngste wurde uns ein zusätzliches Kinderbett und ein Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Pool wurde für uns kindersicher eingezäunt. Letzteres wurde von VintageTravel (Kristel, sehr sympathisch, hilfreich und spricht hervorragend deutsch) proaktiv angeboten.
Haus und Pool sind sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet und ausgestattet. Sie haben unsere Erwartungen in allen Belangen übertroffen.
Küche und Grillplatz haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Gegessen wurde zuhause.
Da dies abends meist erst nach 21:00h geschah haben wir am Grillplatz eine Beleuchtung vermisst.
Der Pool war auch Ende April schon hinreichend warm, jedenfalls wärmer als das Meer und wurde von allen ebenfalls ausgiebig genutzt, die Kinder waren nicht rauszukriegen.
Exkursionen: S’Amarador zum Baden im Meer, Kloster San Salvador-Besichtigung/Ausicht (Vorsicht: hochalpine Strecke), Santanyi- Markt, Portocolom-Paella essen und immer wieder Felanitx zum Cerveza, Cortado, einkaufen.

Wir hatten von Deutschland aus für die Zeit 2 PKW und 2 Trekkingräder gemietet.
Velohannes hat die Räder am Ankunftsabend kostenfrei geliefert und am Abend vor der Abreise abgeholt-ich kann ihn nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Auto-Kindersitze hatten wir von RentalPanda günstig, inklusive Lieferung und Abholung zum PMI.
Die Anmietung der PKWs von Deutschland aus bei einem lokalen Anbieter war eher unerfreulich. Statt den günstigen vereinbarten ca. 140€/ Fahrzeug + Woche mussten wir pro Fahrzeug eine Zusatzversicherung in etwa gleicher Höhe abschließen. Der günstige Preis gelte nur mit einer per Kreditkarte hinterlegten Kaution von 1.400€ und enthalte keinerlei Versicherung gegen nach Rückgabe festgestellte Beschädigungen oder Diebstahl. Als wir dann trotzdem nur die Kaution hinterlegen wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass die Visa-Karte keine echte Kreditkarte sei.
Da prinzipiell weder die Fahrzeugübergabe noch die Rückgabe persönlich erfolgen, sollten alle kleinsten Mängel bei gutem Tageslicht fotografisch protokolliert werden um spätere Missverständnisse auszuschließen.

Cortana is such a beautiful Tuscan hill town and the villa is within easy walking distance. The owner Pietro is very helpful and kind and he looks after everything. The villa has all you need for a small family and the views are exceptional. Our Vintage rep was also very proactive and helpful.

The staff is extremely well-informed and provides top-notch accommodation options. Their customer service is excellent, and their property reviews are spot-on.
