I ordered this as a Christmas present…
I ordered this as a Christmas present for my partner. Unbeknown to me my partner had ordered some other bits from here. Despite my order clearly being in my name this was put in with the items my partner had ordered and delivered to her thus spoiling the surprise of her Christmas present when she opened it. Not only this we both paid postage separately but as stated everything came in the same parcel so I’ve technically paid a high postage fee that wasn’t required.

I am so so sorry. I think we have a miss understanding. Your order did not state that it was a christmas present. I spoke to your wife about ordening multiple items from my shop. So I want ahead and put those all together. Not knowing that the order you placed was not of het knowlage. For this i am super super sorry and this is totally my fault. But I did not charge your wife extra postage. Because it was 1 parcel, and the postage was allready payed.
I will contant you via e-mail for a solution.

I’ve bought multiple times from her at this point and I’ve always been really happy with my pieces. Shipping is fast, it’s packaged well and with love, the garments are clean and in great condition. I’ve also needed help from the seller in the past and she was very friendly and helpful.

I recently received my beautiful new sweater and I love it. The shipping was very fast, it arrived in just a few days. The quality and details of the sweater are great, and I especially love that it feels like such a unique piece. Definitely planning to be a repeat customer, as all their items are gorgeous!

E&co Warenhuis selection
Can highly recommend to visit E&co Warenhuis in Utrecht, in case you live close by, where Tessa has her vintage corner. I have bought few peaces there months ago. Best part- it allows to see in person what a great quality pieces she selects. Apart from clothes you can find bags as well ❤️

AMAZING
Echt alles was top! Het contact, de MEGA snelle levering, het jasje zelf (ik ben er helemaal verliefd op)... Daarbij zat er ook een heel leuk handgeschreven kaartje bij! Zeker hier bestellen.
