This is an absolute waste of money. Finally got the shoes almost a month after ordering. (They don’t tell you when ordering that you’re buying from a company in China). These shoes are beyond cheap and are essentially made out of cardboard and cork. They don’t look even one quarter as nice as the pictures. Bought them for a trip and instead are going in the donation bin. What a complete dishonest company. A total rip off. Buyer beware

Ordered two pair of sandals on 08/26. It's 09/14 and they still haven't arrived. Clearly, the Los Angeles address is simply a store front. This is a company based in China so good luck getting anything you ordered or a refund. Lesson learned.

Tried multiple times to sign onto their website. My antivirus FLAGGED me! Then I came here, and I now know why! I wanted to order a pair of sandals that looked absolutely wonderful. The price is under $40. So I thought, "Why not?" I keyed in the site—even used another browser, and both times SCAM warnings came up. So, for me, this is a no-sale. And thanks to the others who've alerted everyone to this outfit.

I NEVER got the shorts I ordered. I want the shorts, not the money.

Order never came. It was a complete scam!

My son Ordered from this website and never received order. No contact information on site to get ahold of anyone to dispute or request refund. Would like to know how others handled getting a dispute or return request from them. He is contacting is credit card to dispute that transaction.

I had to have Capital One refund my money. Scam!

I would not recommend ordering from this website. After placing my order, I requested to cancel it and asked for a refund multiple times. Instead of helping, customer service kept avoiding my request and did not process the cancellation.

I ultimately had to contact my bank because I couldn’t get a straightforward resolution from the company. Based on my experience, I would not trust this website and will never order from them again. I recommend that others research the company carefully before making a purchase. This is a scam

AWFUL NEVER GOT MY ORDER. They don’t let you contact them and there is for sure a reason why. I can’t get my money back and I never got my order. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered and paid for a product that was never delivered. I have contacted Customer Service at least 30 times or more (I have all the emails to confirm this). Each time they have offered to give me a % of my $$ back and then finally when they realized I wasn't going to agree, they offered to give me my full cost back. Guess what, I'm still waiting on that and now they are feeding me a line of crap that the banks messed up. BS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - it is pure FRAUD!!! I've reported them to everyone I can.

I ordered a pair of shoes on July 1st and Instill have not received my shoes. I also can not find my order on tik tok . The order was $17.98. I guess I have been scammed.

12 days ago I bought some sandals and they haven,t arrived did you steal them you never sent me a confirmation number

I ordered on 6/19/26 $37.89 worth of sandals and water shoes and sneakers. It’s now 7/8 and I have a tracking number but nothing else. No way to contact support or anything. DEFINITELY a scam. Address is Dublin CA.

Same MO as other buyers. BEWARE. Placed order May 10. They sent a tracking number. Followed it until it said delivered. About a month. It wasn’t delivered, contacted customer service, they said they would reship product. Same story. Now they want to offer a 70% refund. Which I am sure is a scam too. My charge came through on my cc as VIONELLAECOM out of California.

I place my order on May 1st was charged on May 1st $48.16 . it's now June 25th I've received my order or a refund. but, I took pictures of what I purchased and still haven't heard from these people..I going to file a complaint with BBB and the states attorney office. they are scamming people please beware of this company..

Placed an order via Tik Tok shop on 5/6/26. Order confirmation in my email came from Loliro. Paid via $41.53 via Apple Pay and is on my statement as PURCHASE AT VIONELLAECOM, DUBLIN, CA ON 050626. Clicking on View Order from email routes to an Order not Found page. Tracking link from China shows it delivered on 6/7/26 which is was not. Disputing charge with my credit card company.

Literally ordered 24.35 dollars worth of stuff from Hollister just to supposedly after purchasing be blocked from the website give me my money back.

I ordered my item on May 7th. It is now June 14th and I still have not received my order. When I contact them they show me a screenshot of tracking that says my order has been delivered. I've ordered offline from other stores and sellers including Amazon. I've never had an issue with the delivery until I ordered from here. I think it's a scam. Please be warned! If you see something on their side I would go somewhere else to look it up and make my purchase.

On April 24, 2026 I order 8 sundresses from Vionellae for a total of $28.97, it is now June 5, 2026 and I still have not received the dresses. The money was taken from my account. Tik Tok, says they don't have any orders from me for these dresses. I had ordered them from Tik Tok. According to my bank, HLI* VIONELLAE DUBLIN CA 4124 $28.97 DATED 04/24/26. I have tried contacting this company thru email, the email address returns an error.
