This company was easy to work with and have excellent service. Felipe our driver was courteous and a perfect driver. He always respected the speed which I appreciate especially riding with a child.

VIP and our driver did a beyond expected experience. We used VIP over 3 days. Driver outstanding, car was incredibly comfortable, he was not only on time but never really left us ( waited in car) over 4 stops in 4 locations. Would not think about taking any other service.

We booked VIP Mayfair for a private Tour of London and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
On the day, the vehicle arrived perfectly on time and was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Our driver knew London very well and made the day run smoothly, taking us past all the key sights including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge, and St Paul’s Cathedral. He also suggested a few great photo stops along the way, which was a lovely touch.

Everything felt very personal and relaxed, never rushed. It was a brilliant way to see London, and the service from both the office and the driver was first-class. I would highly recommend VIP Mayfair to anyone looking for a reliable and luxurious London tour experience.

What a great experience we had using VIP Mayfair right from the start. I had to call from the USA to make our arrangements and Karen made it all so easy. Our driver was so prompt and professional and our vehicle was so clean and comfortable. We had what should have been an hour ride from London to the countryside, but due to a bad accident only a few miles from our destination, traffic was at a standstill. Our driver, Mr Mazhur handled the delay with such patience and persistence to try and find another way. We appreciated his professionalism and great driving skills. The company created a created an itinerary for us that allowed us to see everything in one day .Our guide was wonderful. He took us to Stratford-upon-Avon and Cotswold. We never felt rushed. He was a very safe driver and we would use this company again.

When searching for a great Chauffeur Service in London there are many websites to choose from. I searched a number of but selected Mayfair as the most professional. I selected them and the entire process was seemless. Rapid response to my inquiries and very competitive pricing to hotel concierge. Service was on time, clean, friendly, great. Booked them again when are cruise ended in Southampton for a very smooth transfer to Heathrow. Ready to book again on our next trip to London. 5 stars. Thanks
