The product listing advertised a set of oil drain mats and a container from DERBLAUE. However, I received only two items, both cheap imitations, and one of them is completely useless. This is nothing but a scam! I will never, ever buy anything from this seller again.

i ordered and paid for a retired HGV drivers badge on the 28th of September as of today the 30th 0f October I have not received it! I have sent numerous E-mails which have been ignored. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY They appear to be either scammers nor totaly usless

I ordered Two hanging hearts decor one in wood and one beach at the total price of $78.I received one and not the other.. I filed a grievance with PayPal.. I was told in order to get a refund I have to return the one I did receive, why not just send me the one I’m missing or refund me the $38 for the one.. It’s going to cost me postage to return so now I’ll be out another $10 plus

Ben al bijna een maand aan het wachten op mijn bestelling, ik heb uiteraard een mail gestuurd maar geen reactie

If could pick 0 stars i would! Absolutely NO customer service, no replys to so many emails. Appalling! The company policy states you can cancel an order up to 60 minutes of placing it. I did this as I realised the product was very different from the main picture advertising it. The completely ignored so many emails and sent it regardless. I haven't opened it and again have asked numerous times for a return now, and refund. NOTHING!
