I received my ring and was very satisfied, it was a Gift for my wife. she loved it. the quality unmatched all I can say is the ring is amazing the customer service is wonderful, unfortunately the ring size was too large I quickly contacted Helen who assisted me quickly and was so helpful. I will be sending the ring back and receiving the correct size with no hassle. They have won my business for life. Thanks again

Exceptional Choices and Expedient Service

My experience when ordering a ring for my partner has been exceptional! From their amazing range of styles and options, to accessible drop down menus for an easy customization of my order. The process was simple yet allowed for complexity. When I finally did order; my shipment arrived in perfect shape in about less than a week, from across the country. All I have to do now is surprise my partner!

Very good first experience!

Very good first experience with Virabyani!!! I placed an order and received "first order discount" which was a nice surprise. After I placed the order and paid I needed to make a change and their customer service was very receptive and easy to deal with. The product was amazing and the quality was top notch.

Good quality diamond and very good customer service.

I was very skeptical about the quality of the diamond. I took it to a jeweler in my town. She told me she could get it for half the price I paid and that made me question the diamond quality and the price. She said, she can get me a 2 carats same quality for the same price. Guess what! After a couple days, she says she could not find a better price and make a profit. That's when I realized I get a good price from Virabryani. Thank you so much. Sorry for doubted the diamond quality and the price. Helen was very patient with me the whole time.
