The company did not even accept the used personal computer sent to it in accordance with the law on the return of goods.
1. The personal computer I bought from this store was crashed with a blue screen (BSoD, Blue Screen of Death) in the beginning. I wasn't prepared for this, as it was it first start, so I couldn't take a photo of screen.
2. After restarting, the computer spontaneously started using Polish for installation of Win 11, which I don't understand at all. (PrnScr is available.)
3. After installing the operating system and Windows 11 in Polish, I barely managed to change everything to Russian, but the Polish language persisted and constantly reminded me of it.
(PrnScr is available.)
4. After registering the computer on the Lenovo official website, I discovered that it had already been registered four months earlier, in April, and its warranty was now only 20 months, not 24. (PrnScr is available.)
5. After two weeks of correspondence with the store, I still haven't received confirmation that I can return the computer to the store, which is considered a serious violation of my rights as a buyer. They simply refuse to do it.
For me the situation is very unbelievable the computer costs about 900 euros and I donât know what to do now.
The online store needs to set up a system and process returns, and customer service needs to be improved.
