Very responsive

Very responsive - was able to arrange a consult at 11.30pm for 8am the next morning in Spain. Doctor called me 5 minutes before 8am and was very professional and pragmatic about my condition. She spoke perfect English. Prescription was issued to Whatsapp within 10 minutes of call ending. Nice personal message received from the doctor as well. Very impressed.

I was treated unfairly by DR

I was treated unfairly by DR. PALACIOS GARCÍA, CARLOS. I was discriminated by my lack of fluency in Spanish and the doctor refused to help me. I feel treated in-humane and wasted money. There was no sympathy with him and he made me feel embarrassed to ask help for a problem and was very quick to dismiss me. Overall a terrible experience, I would only recommend if you wish to lose your dignity.

After carefully reviewing the case, we can confirm that the consultation was carried out in accordance with our medical guidelines and current prescribing regulations. During the appointment, the doctor assessed symptoms consistent with an upper respiratory infection and explained that codeine-based medication could not be prescribed without the appropriate medical indication and supporting documentation.

Our medical team is required to follow strict clinical and legal standards to ensure patient safety. In this case, alternative treatment options were offered, but these were unfortunately declined.

At no point was the decision related to language ability or personal factors. The prescription decision was based solely on clinical safety, prescribing regulations, and the absence of the necessary medical report for controlled medication.

We take all feedback seriously, but we must also clarify when a consultation outcome is determined by medical responsibility rather than patient preference.

I paid the consultation fee just for


I paid the consultation fee just for the doctor to tell me he can’t help me. I am very sick in Spain and there was no sympathy and I feel like I was treated sub human because I don’t speak perfect Spanish. The doctor had no empathy and I do not recommend this online doctor service to anyone unless they want their dignity taken in a 2 minutes call.

I had a very positive experience

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Palacios during a recent telehealth visit. Dr. Palacios demonstrated excellent medical knowledge, provided clear and thorough explanations, and approached the consultation in a highly professional manner. Communication was efficient, respectful, and patient-centered throughout the encounter.

I also greatly appreciated that Dr. Palacios is bilingual in Spanish and English, which facilitates clear communication and improves accessibility of care for diverse patients.

Additionally, the coordination with customer service and obtaining the prescription was effective and The process was smooth, well organized, and reflected a high level of professionalism from the entire team. Overall, an excellent telehealth experience.
