Fraude melden en dan wordt alles bij jou gelegd. Moet zelf maar contact zoeken met de partij die geld heeft afgehouden van je kaart. Heb er nooit iets besteld en komt me niet bekend voor. Daarom meld ik ook fraude!
Waardeloos. Ga deze dus opzeggen.

Εάν κανείς το λάθος κ κάνεις εγγραφή σε πλατφόρμα.... όπως Netflix... Gpt.....κ.λ με τά στοιχεία σου..!! Και να αλλάξεις κάρτα..... Η visa συνεχίζει να κάνει χρέωση παρόλο πού έχεις αλλάξει κάρτα....!! Δίνει τα καινούργια σού στοιχεία στην πλατφόρμα και συνεχίζεται ή χρέωση..!! Απαράδεκτοι.. χίλιες φορές MasterCard.

Visa are helping to protect merchants - Sports Direct, selling products that are of dubious quality. There are supposedly UK laws to protect consumers. A pair of trainers I purchased lasted less than 3 weeks before the heel came apart from the main body of the trainer. The trainers were used for walking as usual, no swimming ith them, nothing out of the ordinary.

Zeer fraude gevoelig en deze organisatie doet of hun neus bloed en reageren erg goedkoop en ordinair om onder hun verantwoordelijkheid uit te komen.
Ben van platina naar de meest goedkope kaart gegaan omdat het gewoon fake is met hun zogenaamde bescherming en service.
De blauwe kaart brengen ze al in rekening maar na drie weken wachten nog steeds niet ontvangen.
Zelden een organisatie zo snel zien zakken in hun service

My debit card was blocked after a purchase from supposedly "fraudulent" website. This website however has an excellent rating on Trustpilot and delivered my order well. Very annoying and abuse of monopoly.

Visa Creditcard doet dit echt verkeerd, ik kan NIET storneren, uitleg: ik ben opgelicht door fraudeur qr-code-generator een info knop bleek een betaal/opdracht knop te zijn, fraude dus maar nu blijkt ik ook nog een doorlopend jaarabonnement te hebben, nu denk je als ik kan storneren hebben deze fraudeurs in iedergeval het geld niet maar VISA staat niet aan mijn/de klant zijn zijde, ik kan niet storneren door te bellen met storneeropdracht te geven, het gereserveerd geldbedrag is dus nu al weg als opdracht naar de fraudeur, VISA staat dus aan de kant van de fraudeur, zeer slecht dus, als dit niet goed komt wil/moet ik weg bij VISA want dit kan echt niet, hoop dat ik nog ondersteuning krijg maar dit kan echt niet !

Stikt hier van de negatieve ervaringen maar bij mij werd een chargeback gehonoreerd. Transparant is het niet maar met goede onderbouwing kun je hier wel degelijk je gelijk halen. Ik was zo dom om een mobiel uit China te kopen. Tijdens bestelling bleek dat streamen alleen nog kon op lage resolutie. Dus wilde het het geheel niet meer hebben. Toen zij aanboden uit China neem het pakket aan en wij verzorgen retourlabel. Ja als je het uitpakte en 3 foto maken van minder als 1 mb + 1meinummer . Dat zijn geen EU regels waar ze zich wel op richten. Kortom ik kreeg mij label pas na deze voorwaarde wat ik weigerde. Toen ik won werd ik meteen van diefstal beschuldigd. Toch maar niet zover gaan als er iets niet je lvan het het gaat Uiteindelijk ongeopend kunnen terugsturen en dankzij VISA en mijn inbreng gelukt

Wij hebben al lang een Visa-card. Helaas loopt de zaak nu spaak. Visa heeft een betaling afgeschreven van Mcfee, terwijl wij daar geen enkele opdracht voor hebben gegeven, geen account hebben etc.. Als slachtoffer van een frauduleuze internetsite die nepartikelen van Chinese makelij via Polen opstuurt i.p v. de kwalitatief hoogstaande merkartikelen van een vooraanstaande zaak in Brussel zoals op hun Belgische website aangeprezen, stel ik vast dat VISA een heel beperkte definitie van fraude heeft. Hun klantendienst beschouwt dergelijke transacties nl. als volkomen normaal en weigert dus om je geld terug te betalen. Op begrip, laat staan een deftig onderzoek van je klacht, moet je niet rekenen. Je bewijzen en argumenten worden systematisch genegeerd. Hun standpunt is keer op keer heel eenvoudig: regel het probleem zelf met de handelaar (die oplichters dus) want je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de transactie... Dat ik mijn VISA-kaart heb laten blokkeren zodra ik had begrepen dat ik in de val was getrapt, daar houden ze ook geen rekening mee. De vraag is wel: hoe kan een handelaar mij überhaupt op een geblokkeerde creditcard geld terug storten (in de veronderstelling dat die fraudeurs dat inderdaad zouden doen als ik die spullen op eigen kosten nota bene zou terugsturen, wat, volgens tal van reviews van andere gedupeerden niet gebeurt)...!? Zo blijf je dus twee maal in de kou staan.

Nach 30 Jahren Visa bei der Bank Austria muss ich mir eine neue Karte kaufen. 3 Monatslohnzettel sind plötzlich erforderlich. Das Limit wird von 6600 auf 2000 Euro reduziert obwohl es in 30 Jahren keinen Zahlunsverzug gab. Für eine Erhöhung des Limits soll ich nach 3Monaten wieder drei Gehaltszettel vorlegen . Damit werde ich gern auf die Dienste von Visa verzichten und bar zahlen oder meine Mastercard verwenden wo ich ganz problemlos ein Limit von 10000 Euro bekommen habe.

I went through Visa’s chargeback and pre-arbitration process after a holiday rental in Florida turned out to be uninhabitable due to non-working air conditioning during Florida’s summer heat.

I supplied a lot of evidence, including Google Maps location history showing when I arrived, left the property the same day, and relocated to alternative accommodation. I also provided hotel receipts, time-stamped video evidence, and messages showing the problem was reported immediately and not resolved. The property was advertised as having air conditioning, which simply wasn’t working.

Despite all of this, the dispute was ultimately decided in favour of the host, even though they did not provide any evidence that directly contradicted my claim or showed the issue had been resolved. It was disappointing to see strong, independent evidence have so little impact on the outcome.

The process was long and stressful, and the final decision didn’t reflect what actually happened. Based on my experience, going through Visa for a dispute felt like a waste of time. Even with strong, independent evidence, there was no realistic chance of a successful outcome, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on this process.

Visa Gold Rabobank bemiddeld niet bij geschillen met PayPal, dat is nu juist waarom ik alle internet betalingen via PayPal/Visa Gold deed, erg betreurenswaardig dat dit expliciet uit de claim voorwaarden is gehaald, beter dus om internet betalingen via een gewone Nederlandse bank te doen, kan de CC en Paypal opgezegd worden, ook in het buitenland wordt een Nederlandse bankpas geaccepteerd, tegenwoordig zelfs in Afrika en Azië.

Al 8 weken bezig om een dubbele afschrijving ongedaan te laten maken. Het is een duidelijke fout van Visa. Klantenservice totaal geen begrip of medewerking. Na 6 weken wachttijd moest ik stukken aanleveren, dat het maar 1 order was. Vervolgens geven ze aan dat er weer 6 weken wachttijd in gaat. 2650,- euro is een behoorlijk bedrag om te moeten missen. Ein offensichtlicher Betrug: 4 Abbuchungen innerhalb von ca. 2 Minuten vom selben Betrüger, der von VISA befugt ist abzubuchen. Bei diesem Betrug ist von VISA nichts unternommen, diesen Betrug abzustellen. Das Betrugsopfer erhält keine Erstattung, den Betrügern wird nicht einmal von VISA die Berechtigung genommen, weiter zu betrügen. Das mindeste, was ein Betrugsopfer erwarten kann ist, dass VISA den Betrügern die Möglichkeit nimmt, weiterhin Opfer auszunehmen. Das scheint nicht im Interesse von VISA zu sein.

WOW. Visa, I’m not surprised at this rating. If I could give zero stars, I would — the fact that you are not crediting me the refund for this disgusting hotel, you don’t deserve a single star!

I stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites on McDonald Drive in Lawrence, Kansas for less than an hour during a long-distance drive in August. The room had blood on the comforter, which is absolutely unacceptable. I immediately left and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Months later, in November, I am still fighting to get my money back while the case is “under investigation.”

I’ve spoken with Comfort Inn headquarters, my bank, and multiple people — every single one agreed they would never stay in a hotel with blood on the bedding. Yet here I am, still waiting for a refund.

There is no reason to prolong this dispute. Refund the charge.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience
After being unable to find a hotel in Lawrence, Kansas during a busy football weekend, I reluctantly booked a room at Comfort Inn & Suites—my only remaining option. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the most appalling hotel stay I’ve ever had.
The room was filthy. The pilliws had large holes, carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and I tried to avoid touching anything. When I sat on the bed and reached for the comforter because I was cold, I was horrified to discover it was visibly dirty—and worse, it had dried blood on it. Absolutely unacceptable.
I immediately went to the front desk to request a refund. I was told only the manager could authorize it and that I would be contacted. I never heard back. When I followed up the next Monday, the front desk staff placed me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me.
I then called the customer service line. Thankfully, the representative I spoke with was kind and professional—unlike the staff at the hotel. She even contacted the hotel on my behalf, but was told they would not issue a refund.
This experience was beyond disappointing. I’ve never stayed at a Comfort Inn before, and after this, I never will again. I paid an exorbitant price for a room that was not only unacceptable but potentially hazardous. Writing this review is my last resort to warn others: avoid this location at all costs.

I arrived in the middle of August there was no renovation done or even in process. You have done nothing to address the disgusting hotel conditions other than ignore my calls, hang up on me, and refuse to refund me.
Where are the pictures I posted of the bloody comforter and the huge rip in the pillowcase? You are correct that I bumped a vehicle’s number in the parking lot, and I provided all of my information. That has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the comforter had blood all over it. No one would stay in a hotel room with a bloody comforter—it’s unacceptable.
I have called headquarters repeatedly, and everyone I spoke with agreed they would not stay in a hotel under those conditions. Yet you did absolutely nothing to make my stay right. In fact, I didn’t stay. I was there at most 45 minutes.When I asked about a refund because I refused to stay in a room with blood on the bedding, you told me to call back on Monday during business hours. I did, only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes before you hung up on me.
The issue with another guest has nothing to do with the fact that your hotel was filthy and unsafe. You are lying about supposed updates to the property, and it is sad that you have to resort to dishonesty instead of accountability.
I wonder why AI says this: The hotel was built in 2012 The Vendry.

Sehr inkompetenter Kundenservice, der weder die Frage verstanden hat, noch weiterhelfen konnte.
Die Frage musste 3 x formuliert werden. Ich wurde mehrfach in eine Warteschleife gestellt, weil der Mitarbeiter anscheinend nachfragen musste oder eingeschlafen ist. Auf die Frage nach einem kompetenteren Kollegen wurde nicht reagiert. Auch die Aussage wurde getroffen, dass es keinen Vorgesetzten gebe.
So etwas braucht kein Mensch!!

Ich habe Visa Callcenter angerufen, zwecks eine Sperre zu klären.
Als die Mitarbeiterin mir die Frage gestellt hat, und ich darauf antworten wollte, hat sie mir gesagt, dass ich sie ausreden lasse.
Ich fand das unhöflich und respektlos.
Meine Anliegen wurde geklärt und das in wenige Sekunden.

Nieuwe kaart aangevraagd ivm defect, nodig voor mijn vakantie. Auto gehuurd. Medewerker vond het niet nodig om meteen te schakelen dus na het weekend nog een keer gemeld dat kaart defect is. Nieuwe kaart besteld, en je raadt het al... Niet op tijd binnen voor vakantie. Er wordt gelogen door medewerkers dat kaart ruim op tijd binnen zou zijn. Gehuurde auto krijg ik nu niet mee. Ik ben de dupe van jullie lakse beleid, ik moet nu kosten maken die niet gepland waren en zo begint een reis naar het buitenland als hel!!! Nooit, maar dan ook nooit meer Visa voor mij!;

I'm sure you've heard this story plenty of times just this year alone. After all, it was only this year that it started becoming a real issue.
You're at home, relaxing. You're interested in a game, a small title made by a small team, that happens to have some themes kids aren't meant to see. Maybe it just came out, maybe it's older than the hosting platform you found it on. And now you want to buy it. But, whoops! Now that you're ready to buy it, you look again only to see that it has vanished. You're confused, because it didn't violate any regulations of the platform, and it definitely wasn't breaking any laws in your country nor the country its developers were based in. But guess what? Your very own credit card decided that it was bad and needed to go, so the big company decided to threaten discontinued support for the entire digital retail platform if the game didn't go.
This happened. In July, our largest payment processors pushed for all of our largest gaming platforms to entirely remove anything that was deemed to "lack serious artistic value" as if they had any inkling of a care over it, over fictional depictions of violence and worse even as they profiteer from those same things elsewhere.

Visa, as well as MasterCard, are both responsible for this. They aren't subtle about their intentions; Visa outright announced their plan to swoop in and control the direction of gaming as an industry, totally leaving out the people who use it for mere, harmless fantasy. Art censored, livelihoods damaged, and outlets for psychological frustrations shut off entirely, as if asking to make the streets worse than they already are.
Realistically, they cannot completely kill off a culture without collapsing the industry it was turned into. Even if they succeed in a "complete" crackdown against adult content, the only thing that would accomplish long-term is escalating conflict, while at the same time forcing the growth of a shareware culture that passes files around for free purely because people often care more about being human than they do about fitting in with a puritanical mutation of the word "human" that more closely resembles the word "slave". And once all the soul of gaming is torn away--something that several big-name developers were already working on WITHOUT Visa's help--even the people who just want to come home after work and play a round of Battlefield, League of Legends, Call of Duty, etc., will have nothing better to do than walk away from it all, making this hijacked industry less and less profitable over time, even assuming those games survive that long (FYI, by Visa's current standards and outlined regulations, stories like Game of Thrones would be shot dead before a publisher could even look at them, and that's BEFORE getting to their "or if we just don't like it" clause!).

The worst part, however, is the fact that it's only been two months since it started by targeting a combination of adult fantasy and darker fiction--which, as anyone with any amount of reading comprehension can tell you, is fictional--and has already escalated to total silencing of just about anything that isn't either protected by AAA money or scrubbed totally clean of anything even remotely adult. This, paired with the sudden global push for censorship well BEYOND the scope of gaming culture, has left many people utterly shaken, even leaving many in financial danger as a direct consequence.

tl;dr: Visa (and others) have decided for you what you aren't allowed to buy, entirely separate from both the law and any degree of educated thought. The backlash has been strong, but not strong enough. There is no reason to take a puritanical stance like this against fiction when real life is, if anything, going to become WORSE as a result. People have fantasies for a reason, and entertaining those fantasies through fictional mediums does not hurt anyone. If, SOMEHOW, it hurts YOU, then that means you forgot that you have the power to simply say "no" and walk away. Visa is doing this purely to take control, and they have even admitted to it.

I don't think I like the idea of letting a company that exists solely to process payments suddenly use their position as the ultimate release valve to destroy everything they hate, especially if what they hate exists more to society's benefit than to its detriment. And I'm especially tired of the hypocritical puritan rhetoric people like them use to justify their acts of regression as some great return of morality--the very thing they demonstrably oppose by doing things like this.

Don't go cashless. It gives Visa the power to control everything they want to. Hold onto physical money.
