I called him before I went to see my woman of a few years to make sure I did everything I wanted. He is was weird on the phone. How he talks, and some of his suggestions. I am retired Air Force, I have talked to thousands of people, but after talking to him, I cannot help but think he has some learning disability, or there is disconnect with him somewhere.
When I returned from my trip, on the phone he make a comment about if I am with the same person, or did I find someone better. Maybe this has happened in with one of his other customers, but I meet this person years ago when I was active duty, it did not seem right.
Doing the paper work, I had sent him a copy of my divorce, and the annulment from the church. This really confused him, and the divorce was not included in the paperwork when I sent it. This caused other problems, and my application for her visa did not go through. So there goes seven months. He then told me lets try again, just pay all of my fees again.

For what it's worth, this company was happy to take my payment of course. Some of the information it offered was grossly incorrect and the other was information I had already found with an online search that took less than five minutes. Then at last, I was not able to obtain any refund whatsoever and finally gave up. The best thing about Visacoach is it's advertising and "reviews" which at this point I am convinced were written by the company itself. In a word, I would describe Visacoach as incompetent.
