Great company

Great company, Great prices, Great products. You have split your site to commercial and non commercial . Not great. Best products on commercial site. Why? Been a customer for a long time and have ordered legitimately from both sites and recommended your business to both client groups. A bit disappointed with recent change. Great Northern Business.

Glad I found this website

I’ve been ordering pillows here for a fair few years after staying at one of the Hilton hotels. Then recently ordered a cotton tablecloth and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. Miles better than purchasing on the high street. Would recommend to anyone buying staples for a new home.

Vision Linens for a good night's sleep

I recently purchased 2 pillows from Vision Linens and want to say that the quality of the product is excellent and the company itself was very helpful. I bought a duvet, a mattress topper and pillows on a previous occasion and everything was excellent quality & really really comfortable for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend them.

Products great - service satisfactory!

Products great, invoicing etc. good, delayed delivery - stated 2-4 working days, actually 16 days! delivery short on 1 item paid for but not on delivery note - to be delivered after emailing notice of shortage. communicate by email only, the phone number on the website was not working when I tried it, but email response from sales office was swift. Could be better service, but apparently there were snags with their IT system -
thank-you for the response to my review! yes indeed the phone number does work - it didn't when I initially tried it for some reason best known to itself! That said, service is no longer wobbly! - hence the edited review.

Apologies about the issues with your order. Our usual delivery time is 2-4 working days. We had an issue with your order where it was stuck in the system so didn't reach our warehouse. We're really sorry about that and it should have been noticed sooner.

Which phone number did you ring? Our phone number is 01254 589550 and it definitely works. It's available from 8:45am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Paid next day delivery it was not sent


Paid next day delivery it was not sent out next day and still not had any confirmation that the order will be arriving why offer next day when you don't send parcels out next day
