Don't use these scammers!

I ordered a perfume from this 'company' on the 23rd of April, it's now the 28th of May and still nothing.
I have emailed numerous times and not had any response.
Even the so called parcel 'tracking number' they give you is fake.
Do not give your hard earned cash to this fake, scammy company.

I placed an order with vision pharmacy


I placed an order with vision pharmacy on 25th of April for £57.92. It's now may 2nd and ive had nothing from them. I've sent 2 emails but have had nothing back,not even an acknowledgement! I wish I had never heard of them,they are rubbish at communicating and I will never order from them again!!! I will definitely let everyone know not to go with them.

Incompetence

I telephoned Vision Pharmacy, Green Lane Road, Leicester to arrange a COVID 19 vaccination for my elderly mother. They agreed for me to attend the same day.
On arrival they told me that the vaccines had ran out the previous day.
Incompetence and employees with poor English language ability.

Took almost a week to receive an empty


Took almost a week to receive an empty padded envelope? I wish I had read the reviews. This kind of company should not be allowed!
Reply to your reply: Easter was the 21st of April, 4 days before I placed my order and the envelope wasn't damaged at all and was fully sealed.

Edit: 2 weeks since you said someone would be in touch with me and I've heard nothing, you need reporting to trading standards, this is daylight robbery and completely unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience.

I’ve personally looked into your order and can confirm it was placed on 25th April and dispatched the same day via Tracked 48 delivery. Unfortunately, the Easter Bank Holiday backlog also fell within that timeframe, which may have caused delays — something completely out of our control, but we still apologise for the inconvenience. I have doubled checked the timeline of your delivery and it was dispatched from our warehouse in a timely manner, we understand the fustration caused by the delay on Royal Mail side and we can only apologise on their behalf.

Please know that every package is checked by three separate team members, with the final check done by our pharmacist, to ensure everything is complete and secure before dispatch. From what you've described, it seems the parcel may have been damaged in transit, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

A member of our team will be in touch with you directly to resolve this and offer the appropriate next steps, as that’s exactly what we believe should be done in situations like this.

Items ordered and paid for on 11th


Items ordered and paid for on 11th April finally arrived on 24th April. I asked several times where my parcel was but received no reply.
Packing was poor quality box with little internal wrappings so one of the bottles flipped open and leaked into the box. I will NEVER buy from these people again.

I had a very negative experience with Vision Pharmacy. I placed an order over 8 days ago and the package never arrived. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, and not only have they failed to resolve the issue, but they refuse to refund my money. I feel completely scammed. I do not recommend this company at all, and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Hard to find shampoo!

I ordered shampoo that is impossible to find where I live and was able to get 10 bottles quickly delivered internationally. I am eternally grateful! I also got the it 30% cheaper than other outlets could get it to me. Thank you!

Careful!!

Careful!!! They take your money, but never deliver
At the beginning they put you off, then they ghost you
The answer given is not true, I had contacted the Pharmecy. They make it easy and just say it is a Problem of the german customs. But there is NO proof.
I still warn customers to order. Till today I have not received ANYTHING

I can see that your review relates to the order you placed on February 19th, which was shipped internationally on February 20th. A confirmation and tracking email were sent to you directly via Royal Mail.
As we have thousands of customers, we are unable to track individual packages. However, we would have appreciated it if you had reached out to us for an update.
As you may know, when you attempt to track the parcel, it is currently in your destination country's customs. Unfortunately, once it's in customs, there's nothing we can do on our end. Once the customs team completes their checks, they will dispatch the package. Alternatively, if you follow the links in the email, you can be directed to your country's customs page, where you can contact your local depot directly.
