Hi Jane, Thank you for providing the additional information. I have gone ahead and looked into this, and I can confirm that your package was dispatched with Royal Mail on the 20th of December. Unfortunately, it was only delivered on the 11th of January. I sincerely apologise for the delay, but please know that this was due to issues with Royal Mail’s delivery service.

Hi, I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.

Please note that your order was placed after the initial cut-off period, which was clearly stated on our website. As you can imagine, during the festive period, including bank holidays and staff holidays, there are often delays in processing and delivery, which can affect orders. After looking into your order, I can see that it was due to be delivered on 4th January but had to be redelivered. You should have received an email notification from Royal Mail regarding this.

I sincerely apologise for the delay, but I’m glad to see that your package has now been delivered. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

I can confirm that your refund was processed as soon as we received the returned item. Our aim is to process all refunds within 5-7 working days, but depending on your bank or building society, it can sometimes take up to 30 days for the funds to appear in your account. If you would like, we can provide evidence of the refund transaction to assist you.

Please note that when returns are received at our pharmacy, we have a dedicated team who carefully inspects both the package and the item to ensure it has not been tampered with and that the seal is intact. These additional checks are done for the safety of our customers and staff, and as a result, it can occasionally take slightly longer than expected to complete the refund process.

However, we would like to clarify that our Himalaya products, including Liv.52 tablets, are subject to extended shipping times due to their bespoke nature and importation from overseas. This information is provided at the time of ordering to ensure transparency. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen logistical issues, we were unable to fulfill your order as expected. Instead of holding onto your money, we issued a refund promptly.
