Vision Pharmacy レビュー 

I have used Vision Pharmacy several times now and they are my go to supplier of Hycosan eye drops. I have had difficulty with another supplier who failed to ship so I only use Vision Pharmacy now . My recent experience was excellent, having placed the order midday on Friday the eye drops were delivered Saturday morning and only used standard delivery ( not next day delievry) which was free as order was over £50 . So Royal Mail did well too!

I purchased 6 bottles of eye drops and at first only 3 turned up. I was disappointed, but I contacted customer service they apologised and said they'd send out the other 3 straight away. I was sceptical but in all fairness they did send them. Hence the 4 star review instead of 5. Despite the mix up, I would use this company again 😁

Great service from Vision Pharmacy Received my delivery today after 3 days giving it 4 stars as they stated it’s 2-3 working days even though it’s Royal Mail’s fault.

Had a good experience with the company. Order sinus sachets as they were much much cheaper then elsewhere. Was updated on shipping and delivery, no issues at all.

Fast service Amazing

Have to say I have not had a problem with this company. I had a query on a recent order, called their number and got an immediate response and a solution to my query and a replacement sent with no problem. From my experience I would recommend.

The best prices compared to other online pharmacies and a top top delivery service. I was a bit reluctant to order because of some reviews but thought I'd give it a go anyway because their prices were just that good- no regrets at all, received my order on time and exactly as ordered. Would highly recommend!

This is my 2nd purchase with them and I can say the customer service has now improved a lot. I got my delivery well before time and all my queries were answered straight away.

Worst, worst, worst company ever!!! Avoid!!! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

1. Contacted me saying that certain items out of stock and couldn't be fulfilled... understandable and it wasn't the main product so I accepted this.

2. Despite me emailing, with zero response, I waited and waited for the other products to arrive. No communication and they took ages to arrive.

3. When they arrived, the main product was missing. Again, contacted numerous times, no one responds?!

Great experience. I ordered from France on 04/15 and received the parcel with the order completed on 04/24. The product I ordered is only sold in UK, so I had to pay taxes. I thought it could be a scam, given all the bad reviews here, but my experience with my purchase from the site visionpharmacy.com turned out to be a very satisfying one.

Ordered from this company as I couldn't get the medication needed from anywhere else locally, also very fairly priced ..Ordered on the Monday & my delivery arrived in excellent condition on Thursday!
I had a question about the medication so I rang the pharmacy number on Tuesday and the pharmacist was most helpful & confirmed my order and answered my question...Will definitely be ordering from this company again!

Ordered a few items - then looked at reviews and tried to cancel order (too late). Next few days Items arrived well packaged and as ordered. Not sure how this company has got such bleugh reviews 🤔 My experience was perfect. Will order again 10/10 🙂

Absolute scam. Ordered 3 lots of eye drops - confirmation of dispatch received and nothing delivered. Follow up emails promised delivery but nothing. Phone call snot answered or met with promised not kept. 4 months on still no delivery. Absolute charlatans - avoid at all costs

Ordered two items, received two totally incorrect items, both items cheaper than what I ordered, one fewer amount. No response from company so it appears I'm stuck with these goods and no chance of a refund, but will try to claim via my bank anyhow.
