Was abroad and had a call from Chris some 2 hours ago today who was the most rude and impolite individual I’ve ever had the misfortune of speaking with.

Great experience working with Hannah and the team, I have been a customer since 2017 and continue to expand and develop our business as the range of products offered expand

Firstly I suspect there’s some underlying corruption with this system. Ever since I’ve used it on a couple of occasions I’ve been receiving scam phone calls and a scam emal making out it’s the dealer. Offering discounts on the car etc. This platform was the only system that knew my email address phone number and the car i was enquiring about. The scam emsil actually arrived two days after I used visitor chat asking if I receivers their first email and if I was still interested in the car.

So far, so amazing... It's relatively early days in the business relationship, but so far I cannot fault the product or service, from both the operators who help with the chat and the admin and account support who have allowed me to get more involved than is required. (Something I think is brilliant, as I am one of those annoying SBO's who likes to get know everything there is about a 3rd part service provider.)

Genuinely impressed, thank you to Ellis (and others) but to Ellis for her support in getting us and myself to the point we are today.
