I placed an order for custom sheet stickers (Order Number: VP_PJRK05GW) on 7 Feb, 2025 and it has been over 1 month and 15 days, yet my order is still not shipped! Every time I contact their customer service, they just apologize without giving any actual updates.

Initially, my order was supposed to be delivered by February 27, 2025, but now they pushed it back to March 21, 2025—almost 2 months! This is completely unacceptable. If we are paying for a service, we expect the product to arrive on time, not whenever they feel like it.

Vistaprint is happy to take money upfront, but when it comes to actually delivering the product, they are the worst. False promises, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. I’ve seen many other customers facing the same delays, and I have proof that they are doing this to multiple people.

If you need your product on time, look elsewhere because Vistaprint New Zealand is a complete scam! I regret trusting them, and I would never recommend their services to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! 🚨

I have used Vistaprint for years for various businesses and even some art prints on cards. The products are always top-notch.
They recently did have a mishap with the printing of some new design business cards, but upon my contacting them through live chat, they were more than helpful and replaced the order with expedited shipping as well. Donna Karen was very helpful and quick in sorting this out for us.

I had an amazing experience with Wineth Ann who met all my design needs and offered up some valuable advice for me. Extremely satisfied with today's service. In fact, I've never had a bad experience with Vista Print.

I have used vistaprint 3 times now for business cards and have had outstanding products come back to me!

My last cards actually somehow disappeared during transit… but its the amazing customer service and rectifying the issue (that was not by their fault) that really makes me appreciate what they do!

More about the quality- my designs look good, but they do something to make it pop! Outstanding!

So gutted, Their products are fine but unfortunately their shipping distribution/couriers chosen don’t know right from left, are delayed beyond all reasonable time frames and all pass the blame from one to another. For this reason I will not be using vista print again as you either will take a lot longer than is normal to receive a parcel, have a parcel go missing or couriers not sure exactly where the parcels are. Delayed a present from a disabled great grandson to his great grandmother with a priceless photo gift. Vistaprint thought it was all about money etc thinking a refund would ‘fix’ it or that sending a back up order was the answer but not receiving the item for the date needed and it’s unknown whereabouts was not good enough.

Really amazing service, live chat was so easy to work with and it made me feel like I was talking to an actual person and not a bot. Amazing service vista looking forward to my next order 🥰

VistaPrint never shipped my items, I waited weeks then had to ask where my items were. Poor communication, no compensation offered for the mess up, ignored my emails. Disappointing service. Beware of using this company.

I order from VistaPrint fairly often and I've always had fantastic results. The products and prices are great! It's the best place I found to print flyers. I've also ordered mugs (fantastic!) and tee-shirts, pens, and a few other bits and pieces. I even placed one order that I cancelled, and I was credited immediately with friendly and efficient service. The website is easy to navigate and very user friendly to design and order your products. And the shipping is reliably fast. I'll continue to use VistaPrint, and I highly recommend the service.

Fixed my order error quickly with no fuss.

The quality of my photobooks is excellent. However we had a very bad time with shipping. Vistaprint did stand behind this though and it was sorted out. It would have been 5 stars otherwise and probably 2 stars if Vistaprint had not backed me. This was a big order of photobooks (120 aprox over 3 orders) Communication is far better now with Vistaprint than it was when I first dealt with them in 2016.

Don't waste your money and time here.

I do not recommend this place. I placed an order for business cards, and they told me the order was going to be delivered in a month time (that is too long I thought myself) and patiently waited. Then, one week before receiving the order, they emailed me saying there was a problem and my order stopped just before production and they realized a month later?

So unprofessional.

And also if I cancel the order, they don't refund the money back, they just credit it to use it with them.
