I needed assistance with designing the print for my hoodie and the customer service person, Mitzi, was amazing. She was super helpful, patient and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.

The products were not what we ordered, but Shyrine from the customer service was great sorting out the problem.

Great products. One never arrived and the company replied and actioned fixing it immediately. Exceptionally happy with the products and service.

I have used Vistaprint a handful of times and have found the webiste to be very accessible, easy to use and the service team are very helpful and willing to assist with questions. I highly recommend Vistaprint for their services and will continue to use the for our business needs.

Ive got quite a few orders from Vistprint now. Every order has been printed perfectly, delivered quickly and once, they contacted me when they wanted to adjust the design slightly and it turned out far better than what I had submitted. I am eternally grateful to Vistaprint and will keep using them.

Laridel was exceptionally helpful, understanding, empathetic and great at helping resolve a design issue with my order for a hoodie. He was prompt and kept me in the loop the whole time when amending the order and designing an new one for me with options to help going forward. Was more than satisfied with the outcome and will continue to use Vistaprint for future orders.

I did not know how to add the Tiktok symbol to my card, and then also I wanted two different business cards. Precious Joyce was amazing and edited my card for me and amalgamated the two accounts. I couldn't have done it myself. So very happy. Thanks so much. Price is reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Received cards without anything printed on the front despite the design appearing with no issues in the design studio and on the "reorder" option. A complete waste of our time that should have been picked up if there was any quality control (who would order a custom xmas card with nothing on the front?) and now it's too late to order more from somewhere else before we go away for Christmas. Two stars only because the customer service agent was able to arrange a refund for the cards quickly ...though now we're stuck with custom envelopes with no cards to go with them.

Ordered a framed photograph and a mug with picture. Ordered on 16 Nov and I patiently wait… then on 6th Dec they send me an email saying they can’t do the framed photograph as out of stock. They should get a better system to sort out their stocks before selling it on the web. The mug didn’t get delivered either so I asked for refund. Save yourself the time and money and go to another photo framing service!

Vistaprint to Wix website transfer July-August 2023
Disaster we were prior assured there would be no problems.
most of our images are now display black entries with identical titles. Search is removed. we are receiving no orders as customers cannot use website.
13 Emails to & from Vistaprint all full op PR but no repairs Emails to Wix Nothing? anybody else having this problem with either firm refusing to fix their problems? Vistaprint even auto extracted a full year forward payment 2 days before transfer without prior notification. yet will do nothing to repair our Ecommerce Website.

Vistaprint reprinted my job three times and still got it wrong. It took weeks and weeks of waiting, then they still couldn't get it right. What annoyed me even more is that I wrote a review on their web site and they deleted it, so they only show good reviews. Then I emailed them to say how disappointed I was and they never replied. Then I got a survey asking about my experience, which I retold them and they never replied to that either. Clearly they have no interest in providing a good customer experience. I have spent thousands with them over the years, but I am done, I will not use them again.

Awesome, easy Web page to order my business cards online and delivery time was actually earlier than I antisapated thank you.

Terrible experience! Had ordered a gift for a family member, had paid a whole lot of money for priority shipping so that it would be delivered by December 29th. Fast forward to the evening of December 29th, I get an email saying that the product is no longer in stock and they've cancelled the order. Would have appreciated it if I could have been told when I had ordered and NOT the day it was supposed to be delivered. Disappointed doesn't even begin explaining how I feel.

Awesome quality business cards. We had an issue with a graphic coming out a different shade due to having a background on a PNG image. Vista print resolved the issue and replaced our order free of charge. Very happy with the service, and cannot recommend more.
