Customer service is NON-Existent
Customer service is NON-Existent. Never got a shipping notification. No confirmation of my order. Tried to chat with them on their web site, no one ever responds. Company sent me product very poorly packaged. Product needs to be assembled, no instructions, and assembly required was not posted on the product itself (which is a wall art piece....art is not supposed to be assembled)
EDIT: The response provided by vita come is bologna. I only ordered one item, ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never complained about delivery. I never even spoke to anyone at their company via chat, email, or phone. That was the problem. they had ZERO customer service. This response is a canned response as to make it appear as though they are good customer service. My order wasn't even placed until June, yet they are talking about something in March. Oy Vey! This is nothing more than a canned response, not even applicable to my order Buyer beware of this place.
Lastly, you can see how slow they are. Look at the date of my review, and look at the date of their response. Their response on this review was 5 months LATER!!!! Imagine sitting waiting for customer service for 5 months.

We understand that you did not receive one of the parcels initially. According to our records, all 11 items from your order were shipped in three separate parcels. On March 14, one of the parcels was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. However, FedEx corrected this mistake, and the parcel was delivered to the correct address on March 15.
You contacted us on March 22 about the missing parcel, and we promptly reached out to FedEx. They confirmed that the parcel had been successfully redelivered. We regret any inconvenience caused by this delivery issue and your difficulties in getting responses from FedEx.
Given that the items were delivered, we are unable to process an additional refund. We strive to provide the best service possible and assure you that we made every effort to ensure your order was fulfilled correctly.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please reach out to us directly.

Your statement is not true!! I never received the lost package. Irregardless! Send me a return label and an RMA # so I can send the boxes I have. I DO NOT WANT OR NEED THESE ITEMS! I’ve been asking since March and you refuse to send me the labels. Send them to me. My next step is to report this company to the better business bureau!!!
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. They have the worst customer service. Their shipping carrier of choice lost our packages in February. It's June and I'm still trying to get a $1,347.50 refund from this company. Do yourself a favor and listen to me so you don't have to go through the same agony I'm going through.
I’D APPRECIATE A RESPONSE TO MY RETURN REQUEST!! SEND ME A RETURN NUMBER!!

The bathroom towel racks and small hanging shelves in a black finish all look good but I am concerned with the humidity in the shower and whirlpool bath. Will the humidity that will develop in the washroom rust the black finish?

The fast shipping
The fast shipping, I was really surprised coming from another country… the only thing I was upset was the fact that FedEx left my package out in the open, and shove it into the snow, but I love my scarface wall art!!!! I will be back in the future for more stuff

Packaging allowed tip of trees to protrude and get bent. I received two of the same white tops, not as shown in online photo. A couple of screw work their way loose and where hard to find in packaging. Installation was basic but a full wall paper template would have been nice. Quality of product was good, but stand offs could be designed better and deeper by a 1/8" to avoid vibration against wall, I installed felt pads in key locations.

Porsche Excellence!
My husband loved his Porsche sign! There was a slight flaw in one section, where it appears the laser did not completely cut a small section. It does not impact the overall look of the piece so not a problem but, wanting to share so can be addressed for future recipients.
