There was a mix up with our order, but the customer service agent stayed on top of the problem and kept me informed until the correct unit we purchased finally arrived. All in all, they were helpful.

Too many phone calls. Difficult understanding the caller. Now I'm getting multiple items that I did not order.
Was short one item. Called and the itemwas snt and arrrived tthe next day. Thanks good job Vern
The person I worked with was Kaye, she was very knowledgeable and thorough.
Shipping was a nightmare. It took 4 days for Vital Care to get it to UPS, and then UPS requires a signature. But the drivers never even knocked on my door for a signature, so it took 3 attempts to finally get my POC.
Unacceptable for equipment that someone needs to breathe.Missed a doctor's appointment and a family gathering, waiting on UPS.

I came across Vital Care USA during web searches for a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) suitable for nine-hour international flights from/to the USA and Europe. It had to be FAA approved for on board aircraft use, a high enough flow rate for our needs and 14 hour battery life at that flow rate. We are in our eighties and wanted to visit family in Germany and France.
Another company recommended the Inogen Rove 6 as meeting those needs. However, it wanted $3000 for the machine. Since we already owned a POC that was working just fine, but not FAA approved for on aircraft use, I was reluctant to spend that much for a probable one time trip. Vital Care USA web site came up offering a much lower price.
Vital Care USA had some claims on their web page that I first verified or got acceptable answers to my questions. I then ordered a Rove 6 with the extended 16 cell battery to use at home prior to our March 2026 flights. The machine promptly arrived on January 29, 2026, and worked properly right out of its box. My wife started to use the machine that night solely on battery power. We verified the battery life was as advertised at our flow rate setting. The Rove 6 was used every night on battery power without problems until February 5, 2026.
When my wife tried to start the machine for her usual overnight needs, the machine failed to start in battery use only mode. Twice after resting all day after all night use and recharged to 100%, the machine apparently did not recognize its own battery. The battery was left on the machine while charging and afterward. When the power button was pushed, the machine did not start, the display just flashed on/off, no beeps. Machine would properly start with its AC power supply and ran until unplugged from wall. Then it quit and the display again just flashed. Both times I was able to get the machine to run by sliding the battery out of contact, plugging in the AC supply, starting the machine, then sliding battery back into locked position. Battery icon was then on display. Unplugged from wall, the machine switched to battery mode and it kept running normally. I saw no visible damage to either set of DC contacts. I sent an email to Vital Care USA support on February 6 and was promptly answered on February 6. Vital Care USA then asked if I could take a video on the next occurrence. I agreed to take a video and did so on February 11 when the Rove 6 again malfunctioned in the same way. On February 12, Vital Care USA informed me a replacement Rove 6 was being ordered. We received the replacement Inogen Rove 6 on February 18, 2026. My wife is again using the machine daily for her oxygen needs. No malfunctions to date (February 20).
Vital Care USA has provided excellent service from the beginning through the replacement process. Vital Care USA has my recommendation for those wanting a POC with a good price and support. I would do business with them again.
