There was a mix up with our order
There was a mix up with our order, but the customer service agent stayed on top of the problem and kept me informed until the correct unit we purchased finally arrived. All in all, they were helpful.

Correction-Delivery Solved
I previously gave Vital Care a rating they didn't deserve for late delivery. I take that back with apologies to Vital Care. Christmas and New Year were the obvious disruptor of course, and Vital Care has been a good sport about it. Excellent communication with Vital Care support and they were on target for delivery and deserve my 5 star rating. In addition, Vital Care is an "authorized dealer/seller", which is a very big deal for warranty for everyone to know. I am a comparison shopper and Vital Care scored #1 for me. The Rove 6 is a dandy with their bundle and price.

Process was easy
Process was easy, the rep helped me a lot, got the order from the Dr and it shipped the next day. Due to the holidays, it will arrive a bit later than usual, but that is not a problem.

I had a problem with getting my prescription forwarded to your company. I need the presrciption to be sent to your company before the purchase could be complete. Your rep "Kaye"stayed on top of the issue and maintained contact with my respirator specialist. Once the prescription was received I had my product delivered in less the a week. I am very pleased with the service I received!

The Inogen Viox 5 works ok, but….
The Inogen Viox 5 works ok, but you sent it without the necessary tubing for the water supply unit. It would be really nice if you could arrange to have that sent to me at a place called “LUXE” 4348 N Riley Street, Las Vegas, NV 89129, If you’ll do this for me, I will raise your rating to a 5+. Please take care of this matter as soon as possible. Thanks for your time. Also, I was told that the Inogen 6 (portable) would last about 5 hours on a single charge. I’m only getting about 1/2 of that. Is there a better battery option?
