How do you get a 2.3 out of 6 - 1 star reviews? Do better TrustPilot. Scam company.

While their product sounds good, it's a cheap Chinese produced waste of money. It was represented as made in the USA - there's even a little USA flag on the bottle...but it's made in China with no connection to the US. Don't waste your money!!

I ordered 3 bottles of there product. I got a shipping number, but got no results. After a Month I email them because they where trying to charge my card again! I told them to cancel any subscriptions I may have. They said it was in transit. After another 2 weeks email them again. They said it was in Chicago. After another week email them again. More excuses. A total scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You will never get the product! They run ads on Facebook!!

Another total scam. My purchase took one month to get here ….from China! I’ve taken them daily for 6 weeks with no results. I’ve contacted them 3 times via email and no response, no refund. Stay away from this product and company!!

This is a total scam and con. I placed an order , paid £53.60p and received nothing. They have given an EVRI tracking no. which does nothing. Do not order anything from this shyster company they are nothing but thieves.

I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free package over 6 weeks ago. Finally replied to my email and told me it will be another 2 weeks for shipping. I get H/A injections every 6 months and that dies me good. This company is a SCAM. Luckily today, you just charge them back. You don't lose the money, you just lose the time. Spread the word VITAL HYDRA IS A SCAM!!

I order 3 bottles for joint pain over a month ago. I never received anything. But a month later they charged my card again and supposedly another 3 bottles are on the way. I tried to cancel my subscription and was directed to a link that doesn't exist. I had to cancel my card to keep them from stealing from me again.
