The worst experience. I paid the $89.00 and then received a letter wanting more money so I gave up. So I never received the birth certificate and you kept the money I did pay. Never use this service. If I could do less than one star I would.

I paid for my records to be sent by mail. The 89.00 cost was to cover the postage to send to the state to get my records. After paying that and the 34.00 fee to get the record the postage paid envelope included in your 89.00 cost was returned to me stating postage was due!!! So needless to say I havenât gotten my records. I think I am due some kind of refund or your company should have sent the proper postage paid envelope. I really donât know what to do now and it is very frustrating!!!!

I paid 89.00 for Vital Records to send me a print out of my paperwork and a address. I still had to send in the information and pay another 15.50 for a copy of my birth certificate.
