I am a 45 year old kiwi woman - who, I’m certain, inherited my snoring ability from my dad! According to my partner it’s like a tractor in the bedroom. It became unbearable and I thought I’d be on the couch - even the “white noise” earplugs for my partner didn’t shut the snoring out. I googled and found minimal solutions until I found vital sleep. Ordered immediately (extremely reasonably priced) and their money back guarantee, testimonials and support was awesome. What did I have to lose? First night with the mouthpiece in - no snoring... and no snoring again since!?!? Insane! I’m astonished it worked so incredibly well. I got used to the mouthpiece really fast - very easy to breathe. I haven’t even adjusted the wee screws as the neutral position has worked for me perfectly. Slight soreness in bottom Teeth but a quick question to vitalsleep and they advised I can re-shape (AND they are shipping a larger size?!) I’m a petite woman, not the type you’d expect to snore as loud as I do. This embarrassing sleep issue has been with me since I was a kid.I am so incredibly happy to say, for the first time in my life, I DO NOT snore, thanks to the vital sleep mouth piece. I’m 57 and can finally sleep with my partner without waking him up! I’m so grateful to have found this.

Just note, that it does take a bit of getting use to. My mouth is soar in the morning but it doesn’t last long before the discomfort eases. To me, it’s well worth it. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product. Only had for a week but so far so good. A little discomfort initially for the first one or two nights but after a week I am used to it and can't notice it. Even if i did it is a small price to pay for a good night sleep.

Great product! It really works. Takes a bit of time to get used to the fit but it is completely re-adjustable. Easy to clean and the customer service is some of the best that I have ever come across, friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend this product and company. Thank you for making my life better!

It's been great. I'm breathing a lot better at night and waking up more refreshed. Also, my wife is sleeping in the same bed again.

I tried a CPAC machine but it was too cumbersome.

When you look up VitalSleep reviews, you don’t believe they are from real people suffering from snoring and interrupted sleeping at night. I thought it had to be way to good to be true! I never realized what an awful sleep I would get, always woke up so exhausted and with red eyes. I decided I needed to make a change, life is way to important not to get enough oxygen! So I made the purchase for the mouth piece.. even though I live in Canada and I knew it would be a little pricey. I’m so happy I did it! It has changed my life and it is worth every penny! It’s honestly affordable and life changing! I’m so happy there is a product like VitalSleep out there. I know it definitely worked for me after I tracked my sleep and went from a 24 mind score to a 63 mind score!! I use sleep-score to track it and that has also been super helpful! If you are doubting it, buy the product and try it yourself! If you’re Unsatisfied contact the company. You have nothing to lose!

Have read many reviews here and seeing that most are good to great i thought i would make the purchase.

Getting it out of the box it looks like a good product. Fitment is made easy with the instructional videos. Is possibly more comfortable than some other devices I've tried, though has been awhile since I've slept with a device so normal time frame to get used to it.

Nearly a week has gone by, no noticeably better nights sleep yet but here's hoping. Have used it in the normal position to get used to it.

Last night i was ready to make adjustments to the lower tray. Went back to the video to do as instructed & could not get the adjustment from it.
Unfortunately the screw type adjustment they've used just doesnt allow for the full 5-6mm suggested on the end where the marker is (like in the video).
The bottom tray can be made to move ok and allows for the full movement but when adjusting the screw it runs out of thread around the 2mm mark. Is a real shame actually as i had high hopes.

I will keep using it for now with the adjustment i have got out of it, as I am on the other side of the planet so it makes little sense to pay to have it shipped back at this stage.

It's hard to say this product is faulty, i think its the way it has been made. So here's hoping there is a revision of this product in the near future with a much better adjustment system.
I would buy again if they had a better version.

I have been contacted directly by VitalSleep and am blown away by their customer service.
They have gone out of their way to ship me a new product & updated my warranty.
This was not expected so am blown away by genuinely wanting to help & no questions asked replacement.

So if anyone is sitting on the fence & hasnt made the purchase yet, i hope this review really helps.

As far as the product goes, a few nights have passed with the adjustment i have out of it & am really getting used to it. My jaw has settled & has gone passed that uncomfortable stage.

My snore score is reducing so product definitely works for me in that regard, so with a little more adjustment here's hoping to some quiet nights, better quality sleep & my partner being able to sleep in the same bed as me.

I am SO happy to have found Vitalsleep and just ordered a 2nd set for my husband. Both of us have struggled with using expensive CPAP therapy for mild sleep apnea and finally just gave up on it altogether. Our sleep continued to be poor and we were absolutely desperate for a non-CPAP solution. Enter VitalSleep. I was hesitant at first, as I had not had much luck with mouthpieces in the past, but exhausted and depressed, I tried it anyway.

I felt an IMMEDIATE difference after the very first night. I didn’t wake up tired. I didn’t toss and turn and wake up repeatedly. No sore throat and, most importantly, I finally felt rested. Now that I've been using VitalSleep consistently, I’ve been waking up almost 2 hours earlier feeling refreshed, revived and full of energy again. My husband said he hasn't heard a single snore coming from my side of the bed.

Word of advice for potential new customers: There is a very short adjustment period of about 2 -3 nights where your mouth may be sore. Please please please just tough it out. I barely notice my mouthpiece is in now, and (bonus) I'm not grinding my teeth either.

This mouth guard is a marriage saver! For years I had listened to my husband’s snoring, which is like a freight train might I add! I never had a good nights sleep. The first night my husband tried this he did not snore once and this silence has continued night after night. After putting up with the snoring for so long this is heaven.
My husband has a small mouth and this has not been a problem with fit. It took him about a week to get used to it.
The customer service is awesome. My husband tied moulding it a couple of times just to be sure and ruined the blue moulding material in the mouth guard. He contacted customer service and they sent a new mouth guard free of charge, no questions asked. Couldn’t be happier!

I had tried other stop snoring devices. Being a female with a small mouth, a one size fits all design was always far too large to be comfortable. The small size vital sleep is perfect, and after only a short adjustment period was able to be worn all night comfortably. Drastically reduced my snoring. On top of that, this company has amazing customer service who went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend!

What a miracle! We both finally got a solid night's sleep. It's amazing that such a simple thing can make such a huge difference.

So my wife had me sleeping in the spare room because she claims I snore like a freight train. I had a sleep study done and they said I have mild sleep apnea. They also said that I snore very loud. The way I see it, I have never heard myself snore so I dont believe it is true, lol.

The ENT Doctor had me purchase a state of the art CPAP machine. We tried all different types of masks and I could not stand any of them! My dentist suggested an oral appliance and tried for months to get it approved by my health insurance, no luck. In the meantime I did some research and decided it was worth the $7.95 trial to try the Vital Sleep. Night one my wife said there was no snoring. It was not uncomfortable at all. I did experience some minor muscle stiffness the first three nights, but that went away quickly.

I am sleeping so much better. I wake up with energy. My wife says I am not snoring. I highly recommend this product to everyone. Customer service is great as well.

If you snore , you need this!

At first I was disappointed because I have a significant overbite. I messed up the first one I got trying to make it work, and they sent me a new one for free, suggesting I try moulding it upside down (so the adjusting would now go backwards on the lower jaw). This nearly worked, but not enough adjustment and I sort of messed up the gooey stuff inside. I explained my issue and asked for a refund and I literally got a confirmation of refund within minutes. That's just unheard of.

I consequently tried a few other similar devices, none of which were adjustable or comfortable (and they made me send the used mouthpiece back to get a refund, which took a few weeks, and cost me $11). I finally went back to my original VitalSleep and removed the adjusting screws altogether and reformed it right side up (they can be heated and formed at least twice if you don't mess it up like I did). This allowed me to use it somewhat comfortably, and resulted in better sleep...and another unexpected bonus result.

I have suffered from sinus and nasal congestion for decades, which I attributed to my allergies. Nothing really helped keep me clear. The VitalSleep did something I don't really understand yet, but something about the lower jaw repositioning opened up some drainage ports or something. I was almost instantly clear, and ALL NIGHT. This made the device worth the expense even if it DIDN'T resolve the breathing issue (which it did well, by the way). I can breathe again while sleeping!

There customer service is superb, I now sleep throughout the night without waking up. As a result, feel so much better during the day. The mouthpiece is extremely durable, holds up over time very well and using there cleaner every morning is very effective. I have had appliances from Dentist's, they did not hold up at all and did not recommend any cleaners. The devices from the dentist's were also very expensive and didn't work. Thank you VitalSleep, you have changed my life!!

Vital Sleep works great and is super comfortable. I had tried another device of this style (the mouthpiece with adjustable bottom), and it worked to stop my snoring but, it was too big and was never comfortable, even after a couple of months. (I’m a 5’4 woman) I was looking for other options and found that Vital Sleep comes in two sizes. I tried the small size, and it was perfect. I wore it the first night without even noticing it. And it still stopped my snoring. Yay!

This mouthpiece has been wonderful for us!! Before VitalSleep, my husband's snoring was interrupting my sleep every night. We had tried several ideas/products to stop it. Nothing worked well until we got this - it has basically eliminated my husband's snoring so that we can both sleep well again! Great product!!

I purchased the VitalSleep appliance a few months ago and I was pleasantly surprised! A few years ago I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I was told that if I lost some weight, the sleep apnea would subside. Months passed, and of course, I did not lose the weight. I then went to a sleep doctor, and was given a CPAP machine. That worked for a few months, but I got to the point where I just could not sleep with the machine on anymore. That's when I saw an ad for VitalSleep and thought I would give it a try. I had tried other "gadgets" with no success, so I wasn't expecting much, however, it actually worked! I can sleep free of the CPAP machine and sleep without snoring, and sleep good! It works!
