I am amazed at the way this device works! My husband's snoring stopped the very first night. I love that it is adjustable too. We moved the mouth piece back and forth a couple of times to get it just right. He says that it is comfortable and doesn't bother him at all. And I can finally sleep without waking up to his awful snoring. And I dont habe to try to go to bed and fall asleep before him or change not being able to go to sleep because of him snoring. The customer service is excellent as well! Very pleased with this purchase. Worth every penny.

5 star review for service. I mucked up my first mould and I reckon they were going to refund me in a heartbeat (if I simply wasn't happy with it). Instead, I requested for replacement which they sent free of charge. I didn't have to prove anything - they just sent it - no questions asked. It is a risk free purchase as far as I can see. These guys genuinely want you to have a good night's rest.

Easy to mold and tighten to get just the right fit. wife says works great so that is all the testimonial I need.

I'm a buyer from early 2016 i bought for the 2nd time and got the VitalSleep. I can only say this ... at least for me it is a miracle treatment for my snoring. A solution that I could not imagine that really works. Moving my lower jaw a little reduced my snoring by almost 80 percent in 3 nights. I can not imagine what it will do if I use it and do more aggressive settings. I am very happy to have bought it.

My VitalSleep mouthpiece started to work immediately. It took a few days to get used to, but no complaints. My wife knows instantly if I don't have it in my mouth at night! Customer service has been great, provided an immediate replacement when an issue arose.....My snoring has been totally eliminated......and I had been snoring for decades.......

The VitalSleep mouthpiece is great. It's very easy to mold to the shape of your mouth. It takes a little time to get used to, but after a few nights you don't even really notice it anymore. I've been using it for over 3 months so far and my wife hasn't complained once about my snoring like she used to. It's great to finally get a good night's sleep again!

Before we got vitalsleep my husband would snore and quit breathing and be tired, now he doesn't snore and I don't have to worry about him not breathing and he wakes up refreshed. Thank you Vitalsleep.

We were somewhat skeptical about whether something so affordable would work and were happily surprised that it did. I have been able to sleep so much better since my husband started wearing this mouthpiece 11 months ago. I always know when he has forgotten to wear the mouthpiece because I invariably hear him snoring on those nights. I am sure he is also getting much better sleep as he no longer has me reaching over to shake him awake and telling him to turn over on his side. Very helpful product and responsive customer service.

I can't say enough good things about Vital Sleep.
I had tried another product which really did not work,so naturally I was sceptical.I am so glad I gave Vital Sleep a try.
It worked from the first night I put it in my mouth,no pain,no adjustment needed.
I no longer wake myself up snoring,sounding like a bear and scaring myself half to death. I feel well rested and full of energy in the morning.

If you have been trying other mouthpieces and none of them have worked, consider your search over! Because these mouthpieces are adjustable, that means you get the best fit for your mouth. At first, my wife and I were hesitant about paying $70 for something we weren't sure would work. Given the fact that we had tried other devices and none of them had worked, we finally told ourselves we didn't really have anything to lose. We are now ordering our second mouthpiece because they just work so well! The staff was very helpful with our second order and I know that we will be ordering these devices from VitalSleep for many years to come!

Did not work for me at all. My snore score remained very high after several uses and adjustments.
However, customer service was great and I did receive a full refund for my purchase.

not a skeptic anymore!!! it WORKS! i would recommend this to ANYone else.... you owe it to yourself (and everyone around you having to listen to your snoring!) to try this - my wife said the very first night i was quieter than i had been for YEARS! by night 4, i was completely used to this device, and am happy to recommend this.

I saw " Vital Sleep " on Facebook a few weeks ago and after reading many of the comments I decided to give it a try !.. Because of the money back guarantee I thought what have I got to loose..!!. I have been using a Vital Sleep mouth piece for a couple of weeks now and from the very first night my partner says I have not snored at all while I have it in , she also says my breathing while sleeping , is very relaxed and even ... I removed it for a short time one night to check if it made any difference , and sure enough I started to snore again within a few minutes... ( According to my partner ).. I am definitely convinced !!! I haven't even had to adjust the setting , I have been using it as it came , apart from setting it up as per the instructions.... I have had some teeth soreness , but I think that is because when I did the initial set up I set my teeth imprint slightly off centre... The back up service from the Vital Sleep people is absolutely fantastic ...!! I sent them an email with a couple of photos of my Vital Sleep after I had set my teeth imprint , letting them know that I have been experiencing some teeth soreness .
I asked them for an option on my set up... David thought that my initial set up was slightly off centre , so he has now sent me a free replacement to set up properly... l would highly recommend giving Vital Sleep a try if you or your partner have a snoring problem. .. you really don't have anything to loose.. ! I’ve tried approximately 5 other brands and they were similar to football mouth pieces. In a short time, properties wear out, it discolors even with regular cleaning and just not comfortable. Kudos to Vitalsleep. The most comfortable and easily cleaned device. It’s going to last and when I do need a replacement, I know they are there. Awesome device!! Great Job! I highly recommend! This device is seriously life changing. My husband has horrible sleep apnea and is under a doctor's care. The "prescription" mouthpiece he had been using was very expensive and was just flat out not working. He decided to try VitalSleep to see if anything improved. The difference is amazing. Most nights I would have to leave the bedroom because of his loud snoring but since switching to VitalSleep he is not snoring at all! The company even gives you a money back guarantee so it is silly not to try it like we did! 5 stars!

I have SEVERE sleep apnea. My AHI measures above 60, which means at least ten seconds out of every minute I'm asleep is spent unable to breath. In high school I had a friend describe my snoring as "Sounding like two bears are fighting inside my mouth." Whenever I've had to sleep in joint settings I've always warned people that it's going to suck for them. Inevitably they'd give me a rebuttal like "Oh, there's no way you snore louder than my grandpa!" and without fail they wake up the next day and tell me my snoring was worse by far.

A few years ago I finally sought help but unfortunately (or fortunately) CPAP machines did absolutely nothing for me. My dentist prescribed a custom fit mouthpiece that completely changed my life. While it was expensive at $2,000, I felt like a superhero when I slept with it. I never knew sleep was destroying me in the fashion that it was. My decision making was faster, I could focus more, I wasn't taking naps anymore, my heart issues that developed at 19 years old subsided, I went from needing 10 hours of sleep a night to 6-7, and I was even able to curb my appetite for the first time in years to stop a vicious cycle of weight gain. That custom piece helped the apnea but I still snored like I'm literally sawing logs.

Sadly my mouthpiece wore out and isn't functioning anymore, and they stopped making those mouthpieces in the USA. I was distraught and struggling to function with my apnea until I saw an ad for this mouthpiece. I was skeptical that a $60 piece of equipment could replace my expensive, custom piece, but this is actually functioning BETTER than the custom one was.

The custom piece had some brackets that were made of a plastic holding it together that I had a habit of literally snapping in two during my sleep (my apnea is seriously that aggressive), and if I didn't snap it then it would pop out of place and wake me up 3+ times a night to set back in. This piece, while a bit large and difficult to adjust to because it traps your tongue behind it, has ENTIRELY stopped my snoring. My wife actually had trouble sleeping because it was so quiet in our room and she's grown accustomed to my snoring. It's also built rather sturdily so I anticipate I won't have any breakage issues like I did with the custom piece. Even if I did break it, I could buy 33 of these for the price of the one custom piece!!!

I've only had three nights of sleep with this unit so far but I'm totally blown away. I went from exhausted on 9 hours of sleep with my failing custom piece to running on 7 hour just fine today. Even with the boil and bite instead of a custom mold, it fits my teeth like a charm and isn't getting knocked loose in the middle of the night. I'm sure in time I'll adjust to it's size and having my tongue trapped. It's a worth trade off for no apnea AND NO SNORING literally for the first time in my life.

Thank you for my order. More importantly, my wife thanks you! She says she hasn't heard me snore since I have been using vital sleep. I am a smaller guy, so the guard that was sent was a little uncomfortable. I emailed VitalSleep to ask if I could exchange for the smaller size and you guys came through with flying colors by promptly sending me one. That fit much better, and I am so happy with the fit now.

First of all I had to pay 35 € extra, for custom duties to have it shipped to Belgium.
If they would mark the package as gift, which I explained them, I wouldn't have to pay anythting.
There answer : it is not our fault that you have to pay this high amount of custom duties.
So let this be a warning for all people that need to pay custom duties when purchasing in the US.
About the product itself : I can't close my mounth at all when I wear this. I tried to use it for 1 week, but I couldn't get a sleep when I was wearing it.
