Very poor service, it took more than a month to deliver protein powder, customer service is very poor, I do not recommend anybody to shop at this store

I really happy with my experience😍. I train regularly 🏋🏻‍♀️ so I was looking for a reliable place to get my supplements, and they have a really good range at competitive prices. While browsing the website, I also noticed they sell cosmetics,🧴💄so I ended up adding a few things to my order and getting everything together to make the most of the delivery cost. Everything arrived quickly and well packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering again!👏👍🏽😊😀

So, two weeks after I told them I’m canceling and had no real response I talked to my credit company and the bank to ignore this 160$ purchase cause they never delivered .
Send it to NINJA VITAMINS that I did exactly that and their response was - YOU NEED TO GET the BOX AND BE available (like answering their calls and keep some old at my house like at all times. YES THEY SAY I HAVE TO! Cause apparently I work for them.

I wanna remind ya all I cancelled with Ninga a week ago. Then they said If you done get it till Thursday we will help you with our refund policy.
I don’t know who these ppl are that I get an answer from them like after a day or two on WhatsApp
Ducking joke. And that’s why you need a good credit card company and a bank that will take care of your money.

A lot an issues with this company. So, the WhatsApp they provided replied sometimes not even every day. I felt like they were ignoring my complaints and gave me misinformation about my package. So I paid something between 160-170$ and both the company and the delivery one they work with gave me different information. I have like a few messages that claims that there is a problem with some sticker. I’m like what? You’re have an open line with me, what stickers? Then it was the delivery guy. Like you have a company and I am a paid customer. I don’t care! So you telling me you have a problem for over a week with a damage sticker? What?
Anyways after a week and btw the delivery guy that’s had the package in his hands gave me different information and was supposed to come like at 15.4.26
He called me and he’s like: hey I’m coming over it was like 7:20 -30 am on the 15.4.26, I talked to him at the evening again, like what’s goin on? He said it’s gonna be tomorrow cause he gave all that boxes he didn’t finish to the guy that usually makes that round. So I’m like ok, what can I do. Also, he said that they never keep boxes after they got it for the weekend.
After like a week me chasing them i got tired of that ****** have to say they don’t bother answering every day like depends on their mood maybe don’t know. Also they didn’t remember what they say so the provider and she shipment company just gave me different information all over again.
I got tired of it (the initial payment was in march,ok? Ok)
Eventually I wrote them both immediate cancellation.
For now didn’t get no response at all from ninja
So the provider company ignored this, for now, and to tell you the truth I don’t believe to all these story, there is too many versions. Anyway I paid also for the delivery so I won’t have problems and this is like make me mad.
So today is the 23.4.26
Since the 15.4 they promised me the package will be here, today and then tomorrow and every day it’s tomorrow or the next day.
I just told the credit card company that I didn’t get it and told ninja vitamins to pls notice my
Cancellation. Till now didn’t heard a thing from them like I’m talking to a ghost.
Anyway I hope I’ll have a better update on that.
