I noticed that every time I drink this Alpha Tea, I experience discomfort the following day. Specifically, I get aches in my thighs (laps) and sometimes even pain around my lower back or waist area. I'm not sure what's causing this reaction, but it's been consistent each time I use the product. I would recommend others to monitor their reactions carefully, and I hope the company can look into this
