Ayer me opraron en este hostital vithas y mi opininon y mi experiencia que vivi yo ayer fue el cuadro medico un 10 pero las enfermeras de reanimacion cuando te operan son malisimas un 0 no te hacen caso horrible osea la verdad no aconsejo a nadie este hospital

Ich habe auf Anraten des Digestivo eine RM Untersuchung bekommen. Es wurde etwas an der Leber festgestellt, was einer möglichst schnellen Abklärung bedarf. Frühester Termin für den Digestivo-Arzt in 3 Monaten. Unmöglicher Zustand. Es konnte auch kein Digestivo in einem anderen Centrum gefunden werden, der früher einen Termin für mich hatte.

Meine zusätzlicher Termin für RM für Prostata wurde bisher 2x verschoben. Wartezeit 2 Monate.

Los técnicos en las pruebas de radiodiagnóstico dejan mucho que desear en su trabajo, lento y tranquilo para ellos pero las colas que hacen fuera llamando a su discreción son horrorosas en un hospital que se supone privado. Tambien han sido denunciados por fallos en su informes y por envio de pacientes de Sergas de otras provincias lo que hace que estén sobresaturados más aún que otros hospitales.

Desde Valencia, si venís de urgencias hay que armarse de paciencia, tiempo de espera mayor que en un hospital público. Un desastre de gestión

Fui a esta clínica por un dolor lumbar y, lamentablemente, salí con el mismo dolor más un dolor de cabeza. Hace dos semanas me hicieron un escaneo, pero aún no he recibido los resultados. Además, hubo una confusión con la hora de la cita: el correo que ellos mismos me enviaron indicaba una hora distinta a la que tenían registrada, y solo me atendieron porque les mostré el correo.
He estado llamando toda esta última semana para saber si los resultados están listos, pero no he logrado hablar con ningún operador. La falta de comunicación y seguimiento ha sido extremadamente frustrante. No recomendaría esta clínica por la mala gestión y la atención al paciente.

Servicio pésimo. Me hice una analítica, me dan un papelito con el código QR y me dicen que los resultados puedo verlos a través de la app con mis datos. Meto mis datos y me da error, llevo 24h intentando conocer los resultados y nada. Llamo a atención al cliente y me cuelgan, cuando consigo hablar con un humano me dice que no sabe resolver mi duda que llame a otro teléfono y me cuelga, vuelvo a llamar enfadada y me dan un teléfono que llamo y me dice que no existe y la tercera vez que llamo me dice la chica que no sabe cómo ayudarme que vaya al hospital a ver qué me dicen allí. Que no sabe porque no puedo entrar con mis datos en la app. Tengo que hacerme 47km sólo para saber porque me da error una app… cuando he pagado 400€ por una analítica. Me parece nefasto este hospital. Por no sumar que para pedir que me hicieran la analítica el día que fui, la chica no paraba de entrar y salir preguntando precios… que perdida de tiempo con ellos.

No solo es un sitio sucio , desorganizado , falto de personal , etc , y a esto sumarle que lo importante es el dinero , tú Salud es lo segundo , te dan un presupuesto , y luego le suman cosas , que ni los empleados saben explicar ( ya que soy médico , y se de lo que hablo ) . Jamás ir ahí .( consejo )

Desastre es poco, cambiaré mis médicos para otras localizaciones. A este lugar no volveré.

n el tobillo ,. Ayer fuimos nos cogió un médico pero no había traumas .. Entonces venimos aquí al trauma porq tengo dolores y así saber si es normal o no( le explico la negligencia ) y me dice sin mirarme ni nda que él no va a contradecir a su compañero .. le explico d nuevo q ayer no había trauma que tengo dolores , q si me puede mirar me dice de cambiar la férula ( sin ningún motivo ) simplemente quiero q me miren si tengo algo o no .. a los 2 minutos nos mete a la sala otra vez y nos dice q no va a cambiar la férula q ya fui ayer … le digo q quiero q me mire q me duele y sigue diciéndome q eso es normal q ayer ya fui y q no va a contradecir a su compañero … le digo q no me parece bien q me tenéis q mirar para saber si lo tengo bien ya que tengo dolores y me dice q si no estamos conformes q ponga una reclamación. … le pido el nombre y nos vamos de la sala .. como cliente me siente súper enfadada … me fui con el mismo dolor que fui ayer , sin que me quisiera ver ,me trataron con muy malos modales y con muy mala formas .

The first time I visited VIHAS HOSPITAL ESTEPONA, I booked for an eye specialist but had to wait for an appointment longer than on state health. When I arrived, I had to wait for 1 hour 10 minutes to see the one and only eye doctor who had been drafted in because the hospital didn't have any of there own on their books!
The second time I had an appointment to see the Traumologist. He had a very arrogant attitude, he didn't listen to what I was telling him, he didn't look at where I was pointing on my body. He just told me he knew 100% what the problem was and that I needed an MRI (I did wonder why I needed to identify the problem if he 'knew' 100%. I didn't want an MRI, I told him I was nervous. Could we first go along the route of examining me. He did not point to, discuss or examine any part of me. He did not ask me to make any movements. He told me he had been a doctor for xx number of years so he knew what he was talking about. I pointed to a poster on his wall of the anatomy of the body and asked what the name of the certain bones were and pointed to the exact bones that were causing me pain. He refused to look at the poster and simply aggressively said that he was a doctor and had no time to teach me the anatomy of the body! He gave me a piece of paper requesting the admin staff to give me another type of scan. I wanted to know what it was and why I needed it etc., he indicated that was the end of the appointment. He was so rude and unkind and completely inappropriate to be a people facing doctor. I vowed never to go there again. However, as the waiting time at the other clinic, to see a general doctor, was longer than to see a state health doctor, I decided to call Vithas Estepona again and ask for a telephone appointment with a GP as I just needed 2 prescriptions for an item that I can buy off the shelf in UK or Gibraltar; it wasn't strong medicine at all. The appointment was made for 07.45 in the morning. Not convenient for me but the Vithas does not consider patient's conveniences at all. I immediately added it to my calendar and postponed my journey that I had booked for that time. The day before the appointment, I received an SMS reminder of my appointment, which they had now switched to 08.25 ! This has happened before (they give you an appointment and then change it without informing you or requesting your understanding so to try and make a time that is mutually convenient). I received the call at 08.13. The woman doctor didn't listen to what I was telling her and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. I was just simply explaining which medication and why I needed it (it was repeat). As I suspected, she wouldn't give me either prescription saying she needed to see me. I would understand that if the medicine had never been prescribed previously by phone. As I attempted to 'reason' with her and start to explain that I would be happy with a lower dose... she interrupted, talking over me and put hung up the phone. This hospital should never have collaborations with Health Security companies as they are only interested in you if they can earn from your visit.

Estuve 7 meses, las trabajadorss de 10, excepto alguna, después de un tiempo rechazaron mi nuevo ingreso, porque según el protocolo de ellas pienso por mi mismo, el problema es la dirección, no quise hacer daño, tenía que haberlo hecho

No tienen atención al cliente , y lo peor es que no funciona su aplicación un verdadero desastre .
No hay manera de contactar

He enviado una denuncia al Hospital Vithas Alicante sobre uno de sus Medicos por correo y telefono de atencion al Cliente y pasado 3 dias nadie me respondio.

La atención al paciente inexistente. En el laboratorio cometen un error y no hay forma de comunicarlo para que lo corrijan.

Se pidió una cita telefónica con la oncóloga para intentar aliviar el dolor de una paciente ingresada en una residencia de ancianos. La médica intentó por todos los medios enviar el expediente de la paciente a la oncóloga y no lo quisieron recibir. La atención telefónica estaba programada para las 4 y llamaron a las 8. La ayuda brindada fue totalmente nula.

Horrible. I have been to see doctors and the emergency room a number of times in the last 2 plus years.

The best hospital is QURINSALUD. Absolutely fabulous.

The emergency room is the poorest I have ever seen. They are not equipped for serious health issues. Don’t go at night.

The doctors are fine it is the hospital itself.

You can wait for months for a doctor visit and if you need a follow up you are screwed.

I went to the emergency room for chest pains and they put me in the hospital. The room had no equipment encase my pains worsened.
I asked for a Tylonal or paracetamol and they could only find a few in the entire hospital.

I would sooner die than return.

Wat een slecht ziekenhuis laat je er niet heen sturen door de huisarts! Die krijgt denk provisie over je bezoek! Wachten wachten tig onderzoek en het slaat nergens op alles gaat om geld!!!

Staff not nice took our credits cards the minute we arrived at vitas xanti put us on the drip then ushered us to a room far away we had a bug vomiting and diarrhoea our drips kept falling out I have photo to prove this the fluids were not getting into our bodies I rang emergency bell man said it’s not possible for anyone to call up we where left from. 2 am untill 8
Pm before anyone came we pd 2000 euro know they have sent me a bill for 964 euro

they where horrible to us during the nite. 10 calls I made to put ou drips on no one came to our room o felt I was in prison
