I found a pair or shoes that my partner really wanted on this website, which I could not find elsewhere in the uk! I was a little sceptical at first due to never coming across this site before but I read some reviews and they were positive, so I went ahead with my purchase. They were delayed by a few days but that’s understandable coming from Europe. They still arrived very quick and are absolutely perfect! They are in perfect condition and packed beautifully. Would 100% recommend and would buy again.

I came across a pair of shoes I really liked in a different store, however they didn't have my size in stock so I looked online and I couldn't find them anywhere in stock except for vitruta. I'd never heard of this brand before so I was sceptical however trusted the good Trustpilot rating and ordered. The delivery took a little while as they're based overseas however I received the shoes today via DHL and they're absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier - will probably shop here again as they have some great items. Highly recommend.

If I could give minus 10 I would. Received wrong size item but was told I ordered that size - 2 & a half sizes bigger??!! When I asked how to return they told me to get the cargo number!! I sent them photos of my trainers - not used. No return label, no communication. Over £100 spent. Very disappointed - will put this all over social media so nobody orders from this company again. No help whatsoever - disgraceful. I have emailed trading standards - they are investigating.
