Got my hair transplant done thru Vitta Clinics. Here's my take on the experience:

Prices - very competitive. I shopped around and stopped at Vitta Clinics. Why would you pay more for the same work?!?

Dr Ayda and nurses - personally, I find Dr Ayda to be pleasant to deal with. Straightforward, direct and upfront. Dr Ayda might comes off as a little detach but, nevertheless, professional. Answering all questions and does the extraction herself. I like her straightforward approach. Quick, fast and efficient.
The 2 nurses does the graft implant. The doctor will check in during the process.

Translators Anfal and Nina - both are humble and supportive. Anfal even comforting me during the 9hrs procedure. - Thank you!

Customer concultant Marie - whom I've never met. Only chat via the app. She is outstanding. I like that she explained and guides me every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience.
Best of all - Her support didn’t stop after the procedure in Turkey. Marie stayed in touch during my recovery stage even after I have returned to my home country. Marie make the effort to checking in everyday (11days continuously) providing helpful advices on aftercare.

Vitta Clinics overall - It's the follow thru after the procedure that make this service stands out compared to others. Who would just taking your money and be done with you once the work is over. I highly recommended this service for hair transplant.

J’ai subi une greffe de cheveux à Istanbul dans là clinique vitta
Il y en à tellement la bas que mon choix a étais très difficile à faire
Je me suis dirigé vers vitta clinics donc
Je tiens à dire que J avais beaucoup de crainte et doute
Puis finalement j’ai étais accueilli remarquablement par linna la traductrice
Elle m’a mis en confiance et expliquer tout le protocole et le déroulement de la journée
Ensuite est venu le temps d y aller😅
Examen prise de sang et tout le reste quoi avant de commencer
Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu trop discuter avec les docteurs qui ce sont occupés de moi un peut a cause de la barrière de la langue 🤷‍♂️
Mais très pros en tout cas
J avais besoins d’aller aux toilettes et à chaque fois bandage et charlotte pour aller dans un endroit moins stérile
C’est quand même très rassurant
Puis j’en suis à mon dixième jours et tout va au mieux
Le docteur me demande des photos et me donne la suite du traitement à faire quand il le faut
En espérant que je sois rempli de cheveux dans quelques mois
En attendant je recommande a 200%🔥

Od samego początku do końca pobytu zostałem obsłużony przez profesjonalny zespół lekarzy,pielęgniarzy,kierowców i tłumaczy. Hotel ze znakomitym śniadaniem. Lekarze naprawdę zrobili cudowną robotę jak Dr Ayda, Dr Busra oraz bardzo pomocnych tlumaczy Anfal, Nina. Polecam wszystkim tą klinikę z czystym sumieniem!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the translator.Nina was excellent in her translations every step of the way. Sara was there every step of the way keeping me informed. The dockers took every care and effort to keep pain to a minimum. The only negative would be the pick up from hotel and airport. The wait time was almost an hour in both cases, but this is beyond the hospital control I guess.
UPDATE:
After the staff were informed of the problems with transport things changed remarkably. The driver apologised to me twice, on the next 2 occasions Mehmet picked me up and both on time. The ride to the airport was great and in a very luxurious vehicle, my schedule was accommodated by Suhayla, with thanks. Lastly I would like to give a big shout out to Sara who really went the extra mile in easing my various concerns on treatment, accommodation, transport and even luggage.
Thanks to all the doctor's, Nina the translator, the technicians and everyone at the clinic.

My hair transplant at Vitta Clinic was truly excellent. Rose, the client representative, was incredibly responsive and flawlessly organized every detail.

The translators, Lina and Nina, were amazing, staying by my side throughout surgery, ensuring clear communication and comfort. Dr Ayda, all staff nurses and staff were highly professional and caring.

I originally wrote a good review for this clinic however I’ve had to delete it. I came for my teeth in February and had a good experience despite the back right side being pushed up so tightly that I’ve had a swollen face since I got them done, with swollen gums also, they also stain very easily (only noticed staining a few weeks after getting home) despite this I left a good review only because they were so kind but it seems they are only kind before they get your money. I came back for surgery in may as they promised they would fix the teeth (they did not and I got refused) nothing went as it was explained to me beforehand so everything I was told turned out to be lies. I was even told I had ‘heart problems’ and had to pay more when I definitely do not have heart problems I saw the cardiologist which told me I actually have a very healthy heart. Obviously being lied to as badly as this really upset me so I got frustrated, I also suffer with mental health so all these unexpected turns and lies really negatively affected me. I took my auntie for support who was kept away from me for some reason until I was crying asking for her (I was also called a baby because i was sobbing asking for my auntie). The woman who told me I had heart problems then said it was a mistake (she never made no mistake in all the other times I’ve spoken with her so was a pretty disgusting ‘mistake’ to make) I was promised I would see my photos straight away but yet again this didn’t happen which really worried me as I was promised several times I’d see them straight away so I thought why won’t they show me is there something to hide? I cancelled my surgery with another clinic which was 1k cheaper than vitta to go with the company that did my teeth however this has turned out to be a big mistake. I woke from surgery still on the operating table screaming in pain because they did not put pain relief in my catheter for when I woke and clearly didn’t give me enough anesthesia to keep me asleep until I got back to my room even though I was charged extra to see someone to make sure I get the right amount of anesthesia. I have never felt a pain like it and never have screamed in pain before. Also, when I was eventually back in my room screaming in agony the nurses were panicked as they saw the state I was in and the nurse then stood there and squeezed the medicine bag until it emptied so the pain relief rushed through my system. My auntie witnessed this aswell and when they saw the doctor was coming the person she was talking to on the phone said stop quick quick! I paid over £5000 for this surgery and I am now seriously regretting going with vitta over the clinic I originally chose. Please be careful when going to turkey for surgery because even after a lot of research I still made a mistake in who I chose. Sara my coordinator was supportive and responsive (until I handed the money over) then my messages were read and ignored. Basically, after you’ve handed the money over they do not want to know you anymore. So upset with my experience this time it’s been unacceptable and wouldn’t ever in a million years happen back home in the uk. Private hospitals aren’t always better! Please be careful when booking surgery with them as they are deceiving. One things for certain I won’t be returning to them for future work I want done. They just want your money unfortunately like a lot of clinics in turkey with the same awful reputation. I also have a crease in my back where it was sewed badly other than that I am happy with the results but the crease is very much noticeable. All together for my teeth and plastic surgery I gave these people over £7,500 and I still had to leave with a swollen face as they say it is not related however I’ve never had swollen face before it instantly swelled up after the very rough female dentist put the teeth in I sent many photos of this and was told it will go away it’s not 2-3 months later and my face is still swollen! I have visited a dentist back home who did indeed confirm it was due to poor fitting hence the swollen / lumpy gum! I thought as I was having surgery they would fix the problem but once again I was lied to! Also, aftercare is basically non existent you will get ignored when you pass the money over however they seem to be extremely responsive before handing the money over, no surprise there! Please don’t waste your time and money they don’t care about you they only care about cash.

I had a good experience the staff was good everyone was helping and the translate anfal was helpful and the consultant Hiba was available every time needed .

My name it s Gabriel and i am from UK,all started taking Selinne's contact number from a work colleague,since the first moment i ve got a answer to all my questions,first of all the prices are very good,they have different packeges, now depends what you need,the booking has been done very faster,i went there within a week since first call,the transport was included so this it s a very good thing because you don t need to stress about nothing,just book the flight and they will pick you up from airport,at hospital i ve been guided by Anfal,she told me all the details,she has been very helpful with all the details and the procedure itself.
There has been everything done into a very profesional manner,the surgery it self has been kind quick one,around 7 hours in total,i ve been served with some good meals,during the break between extraction and implantation of hair i ve been assited by Anfal and she was very prepared with answers to all my questions. The entire procedure was good,if you feel tired you can get a nap too😂😂,per total the medics are very profesional and the entire experience has been very smooth,after the surgery i ve been taken to the hotel,very nice place,clean and breakfasts included too,second day all has been quick,returned back to hospital for washing and after i ve been taken to the airport for my returning flight to UK. I would like to say a big thank you and i am really happy with the results,everyone starting from Selinne to the receptionist of hospital has been very profesional,i will attach some photos with the results after 12 days! In the end i would say,if you get the chance just try it,you will not regret it!!!

From the moment you walk in and throughout the duration of my procedure, the staff are friendly and very professional.

Sara, the patient coordinator, is a very professional, friendly and kind individual. Thanks to her, I received educational tips and information as requested. I found my dentist to be very down to earth and he has done an excellent job.

Hi, my name is Ola. I have been struggling with my hairline and I was so insecure about it, so I started looking for the best place to have my hair transplant and I came across VITTA CLINIC Jan 10 and I sent a message and SELINE was the one who replied and I can say it’s already the best decision I made & she’s been there for me from that day till now. I’m a Nigerian studying in the uk so I had to go for my visa application and seline helped me through the process from the first day I went for the application to the day I got to Istanbul. She helped by providing all documents from the hotel reservation to the invite from the hospital and that alone helped me in getting the visa, she even sent me a link to book my flight and made sure I got the best price. On the day of my departure, I was a bit nervous cos it’s my first time visiting turkey and I was going alone but she made me feel comfortable and made sure I’d be okay. On getting to turkey I did my transplant, fixed my teeth and every process was so smooth. One thing that made me very happy was the communication after the transplant. Seline told me what to do, how to do it and when to do it, cos I’m a bit young and she made the communication seem less & made me comfortable by guiding and helping me so I can get the perfect result. I really can’t wait to see my hair results in the coming month, I’ve told my friends about it and it’s just a matter of time before they come for theirs. I want to use this opportunity to thank vitta clinic as a whole, for the hospitality, the treatment and the food lol, finally and most importantly I want to thank Seline for being with me all through this process from the visa application till now and I can’t wait to see the result.

I'm gonna have to start by saying that the costumer care was really good,the talking on the phone, discussing things , everything was on point,
Vitta Clinic welcomed me and my friend since the moment we arrived.
The doctors were good, whole staff seemed professional, they did the procedure, made sure that we are OK,
The next day the driver brought us back to the bus station, helped us find the right bus and everything, which was really helpful.
All and all would recommend 👏.

My visit to turkey was brilliant. Vitta clinic has done a great job with my hair and teeth. I was happy with the service that was provided to me by the Vitta clinic.

Really good experience here. Im glad I chose Vitta Clinic. The coordinating team planned my whole schedule basically. The transportation was good and the driver was also punctual each day. I got picked up from the airport and dropped to the hotel. The team at Vitta Clinic was also super friendly and answered my million questions.

J'ai été mise en relation avec une charmante jeune femme qui s'appelle Mira .
Disponible réactive patiente et professionnel elle m'a accompagné du début ( questions, devis , organisation via watzap) à la fin ! Avec un français 10/10 !
Accompagnement sur place , de l'hôtel aux soins. Je dirais que le mot d'ordre pour Mira est dévouement et ceux même au détriment de la fatigue et de sa vie perso, j'ai été impressionné sincèrement.
Elle fait de Votre Satisfaction, Sa Priorité .
Je n'aurais pas su trouvé meilleure accompagnatrice .

Mes opérations se sont bien passées, attendez vous au réveil cependant concernant les lifting a de fortes douleurs, je vous conseille également vivement de prendre des anti douleur à prescrire par votre médecin traitant pour la convalescence.
La convalescence se passe dans votre hôtel, l'équipe de vitta clinic reste bien sûr à votre écoute et disponible en cas de problème.
Je tiens à féliciter le Chirurgien le Dc Op Mehmet qui m'a écouté précisément quand à l'attente du résultat que je souhaitais obtenir, et grâce à son équipe de traductrice , d'infirmière, de consultante ....
Soyez précis dans ce que vous voulez ! N'hésitez pas à montrer des photos ce que vous demanderez sera ce que vous obtiendrez !
Ne soyez pas inquiet quand au fait d'être bleu, gonflé trop tiré, après 2 mois aujourd'hui les résultats ne sont pas encore définitif mais mon visage est redevenu plus harmonieux et naturel.

J'ai bénéficié, je trouve d'un rapport qualité prix excellent .
Mais attention ! Tout va très vite! N'en soyez pas étonné ou déstabilisé l'équipe de chirurgie sait ce qu'elle fait !
J'ai eu besoin d'être rassuré à plusieurs reprises , mais les assistantes ont su me rassurer quand à leur propres expériences avec le Dc Mehmet .
Pour les soins dentaires , le résultat est la , j'ai bien attendu 2 mois pour faire ce commentaire.
Le rapport qualité est exellent.
Pareil ça va très vite et accrochez vous c'est à la chaîne. Mais pour ce prix et la qualité de la couronne vous ne serez pas déçu.
Le tourisme médical n'est pas du tourisme tout court , je vous conseille de vous y préparer et de bien réfléchir, à part l'hôtel je n'ai rien vu d'Istanbul , ne prévoyez rien.
Pour ma part j'y suis allé seule et avec du recul et c'était la meilleure option.
J'ai été entre de bonnes mains et je sais qu'en cas de problème vitta clinic sait et saura prendre le problème en charge .
Je ne regrette pas du tout !!!!

My medical consultant Summer, was very helpful- everything was clear from the start- she was flexible with pricing and supported us with instructions after our hair transplant which was great.

VIP Transport was good- wasn't too late (~15 min, as they park outside the airport to avoid charges) and directions was straightforward.
The procedure was pain-free- and beds were comfortable.

Dr Ayda gave good advise- regarding some points on FUE/DHI- seems knowledgeable. however she was very rushed, she spent less than 10min for consultation and hardly visited, maybe once or twice. No post surgery consultation which was awful. As it was very confusing as we had nobody to explain post treatment care She was too busy with other patients- so i suggest to cut down and give importance on quality over quantity.

The assistants- talked alot during surgery. A lot people were coming in and out of the room which was very distracting. I'm hoping the surgery performed by them was good. Dr will only come and do 10-15 min and check up. Everything is done by the assistants. I will post a follow up after 6 months and let you know progress.

The hair transplant clinic is very outdated and old. Summer Sent pictures but didn't specify which video and photo is for which clinic. Ofcourse the best looking one is sent. Please let the customer know which building is for which procedure.

No mesotherapy were done, even though this was part of the package.

The room was really cold- I did tell my translator Anfal, however, she did not get me a blanket straightaway and after a long time a had to repeat before someone else brought me a blanket. Same applied to my friend.

My Translator Anfal, was ok- didnt communicate everything correctly. So beware that there is no English speaking Dr- so a lot of what you say during consultation can be misunderstood and blamed the translator.

I will follow up with another review after 6 months- after seeing the results. If anyone wants further feedback please get in touch with me.

The communication and the personal service was over and above the call of duty ! From the airport pickup to the airport drop off the Translator Hannah was so involved in the process and was treated better than any hospital or clinic in Canada , the Clinic is leading in price and comfort I highly recommend it! Thanks so much for everything , I’ll be seeing you again in a year too haha !

Went as a companion for a hair transplant from January 6th-10th. The clinic provided exceptional service and listened to my friend about his concerns and provided outstanding treatment. During our visit, we had a few issues with our hotel and travel, however, our medical consultant Seline provided amazing support and helped us whenever we needed her. With Seline’s guidance and aid, we were able to complete our trip with ease. Thank you!
