To thoroughly address your concerns, we kindly request that you provide us with your full name, phone number, and the date of your experience via email to our dedicated Customer Care department at Care@vittaclinics.com.

At Vitta Clinic, we prioritize transparency and informed decision-making for all our patients. From the moment the patients step into our clinic for a consultation, we make sure all patients are aware of the exact treatment they take; either the number of grafts, the technique possible for their hair quality, or the distribution of the grafts.

It is our policy that all patients fully understand and consent to their personalized medical plan before proceeding with any further steps. There are no obligations regarding payment for the clinical consultation, and the operation can only commence once payment has been completed and the patient has agreed to all procedures.

Normally, overharvested 2nd session patients may face challenges during hair transplant surgeries, but we are doing our best to make sure all patients will have their best results.

Regarding the additional services provided, while these usually come with extra fees, we have to review the cases and decided to offer these services as complimentary gifts to patients who need them, because we committed to deliver the best results and it's been our responsibility to give you the required result upon the previous outcomes from other clinics!

We also provided all the patients with a guarantee certificate, reflecting our confidence in the quality of our work. We look forward to see the excellent results in the coming months and would love for you to share some beautiful showing your results.

In fact, Our clinic always aims to provide accurate estimates as every case has its own needs, and we take your health seriously every time.
