Horrible!! Avoid this airline at all costs. We had a flight (expensive! Over $400) we paid for within Mexico for the World Cup. We showed up 2 hours early to the airport and they oversold the flight by 22 people!! Everyone was going to a game in Monterrey. It was a nightmare and so unprofessional. They handled it so poorly and people missed the game they paid thousands of dollars for. Why didn’t they offer a voucher for people to take a different flight instead? 0/10 customer support.

I paid extra for my items to arrive before a certain time, they never arrived and my emails have gone unanswered. Starting to think I've been scammed

Really reasonable prices, there was an issue with our ordered product in transit, the seller quickly sent again along with a sample of another salsa. I will definitely order again!
