VIV Housing es uma empresa fraudulenta. O serviço ao cliente é inexistente e os quartos não correspondem às fotos. Poupe-se de problemas e dor de cabeça com essas empresas

Viv Housing doesn’t return me my security deposit (300 euros). I tried to contact them, sent email, wrote claims, called them but no answer.
I ask to contact me to solve this problem!

Please do not rent a property from this agency. They are terrible at any communication, will provide you with a property drastically different from the images and details provided, and then will ignore your attempts to communicate with you and will refuse to return deposits back to you.

that was not really pleasant experience. I lived in one of their room for 6 months, but there were always some problems. It all started that the managers forgot that I'm coming and my room was occupied, they even wanted to charge me for staying in another room for a couple (!) of days because of their mistake. Secondly, to get any work done from them (presenting a keys for example) you can wait for months. Don't really recommend them for staying

Terribile esperienza. Agenzia che procrastina continuamente l'assistenza dovuta da contratto, rimandando alla "prossima settimana" ogni richiesta, benché minima, per la casa. Condizioni dell'appartamento infelici: muffa e perdite d'acqua dalle finsestre e persino dalle pareti stesse. Host indisponibile, tutte le richieste sono state ignorate o minimamente soddiafatte dopo 4 mesi di richieste. Alcuni esempi: scrivania assente in camera, mai pervenuta, assiduamente richiesta; cucina attrezzata di padelle e pentole graffiate e bruciate, contro ogni norma sulla sicurezza. Solo dopo 4 mesi il proprietario si è degnato di portarne di nuove.
Far pagare più di 800 euro al mese per camere come queste è un abuso. Agenzie come questa dovrebbero chiudere, invece di arricchirsi.

This is a really bad company. They will scam your deposit money and take it in their own pocket. I wish this spreads to everyone that is trying to rent with them.
Their houses don’t look as in the photos. They’re are multiple health issues in these apartments like mold and cockroaches to name a few.
Please stay away from them. They will NOT give back your deposit.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Upon arrival found out i had no windows. Black mold on all of the walls. Had no stove or fridge for the half of my rental period. never received my €700 deposit.

Worst housing company ever

They don’t respond and everything in the house was broken. Have not returned my deposit after I left and don’t respond anymore. Keep clear

I am on exchange in Lisbon, and have rented a room through the worst possible company, Viv Housing, for 875 euros per month, excluding various administrative fees, cleaning fees, etc.

When I arrived at the apartment, I noticed that my window couldn't close properly, and my room faced a noisy street, forcing me to use earplugs every night. I reported the issue on September 4th, but Viv Housing only responded on October 16th. They promised maintenance on October 27th, but nobody came. After numerous attempts to contact them, they finally responded on October 30th, claiming ignorance.

Now, 10 weeks later, my window is still not fixed, and Viv Housing has taken no action. With the cold weather, I informed them I wanted to end the contract a month early. They insist on keeping my last month's rent and deposit, despite my 60-day notice and their neglect of maintenance, for which I paid a fee when signing the contract.

About Viv Housing: They create a contract that exclusively benefits the landlord. They hardly ever respond to inquiries and provide absolutely no service. Their only communication is to remind the tenant to pay the excessively high rent. They haven't even replaced the plastic toilet seats in the apartment, which was cracked upon arrival, despite being brought up multiple times. Their strategy is to ignore the tenants until they eventually give up on their complaints.
