They send you a rag that doesn't resemble the picture on the website.
You ask for a refund.
You get no reply.
And hey presto! You've been scammed.

I ordered the BRUCE Pilot Jacket (Order #3613, delivered July 23, 2025) based on Vivid Melbourne’s claims of a “timeless craft” with “ultra-soft premium faux fur,” “high-grade materials,” a “premium quality belted waist,” “sturdy front closure,” and covered zips. The website promised a stylish, durable jacket inspired by vintage aviation designs. However, the jacket I received is nothing like the description or photos. The main opening, sleeve, and side pocket zips are exposed, not covered as advertised. The belts at the waist and collar are cheap and flimsy, far from “premium quality.” The overall craftsmanship is poor, lacking the warmth and structure promised.
Under their 60-day money-back guarantee, I emailed Vivid Melbourne on July 24, 2025, directing my complaint to their Support team, and requested a full refund to my VISA card, and also posted my complaint on their “Contact Us” form on July 31, 2025. Despite their Terms and Conditions promising a response to inquiries within one business day and complaints within 14 days (Article 14), I have received no reply as of August 13, 2025. This is unacceptable and matches other Trustpilot reviews reporting non-responsive customer service and low-quality products.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Vivid Melbourne. Their misleading advertising and failure to honor refund policies have left me no choice but to pursue a VISA chargeback and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I'm updating my review made on 17 July 2025. Since then, I have received very satisfactory service and would like to thank Vivid for their prompt action.

Terrible service, received the wrong item and have been emailing them for last 2 months for exchange first of all and then after 4 unanswered emails for return and refund. Wish I read reviews before buying!!

Poor customer service. But what would one expect from a dodgy Chinese based scam company. Beware, they are not what they say they are. If they are Melbourne based it is pure coincidence. The parcels took two weeks to arrive but from a Hong Kong (new territories) address. They do not reply to emails or messages. The quality of the merchandise is not what is projected in their ads. The sizing is incorrect for Australia sizes. "XL" for example would fit a small child.

Miss leading Facebook add. Stating that it is a Melbourne based company when in fact it is Chinese. Product description and photos in no way accurately portray the cheap fake you actually get.(And I mean it's a absolute joke). Sizes are also Asian and not even close to Australian sizes. Complete rip off.

Dresses received were cheap and nasty looking. I sent several emails requesting assistance to return and refund items and never got any reply. Total waste of money and terrible service.

Jacket that arrived was nothing like the photo on the web. Have asked about returning it twice and no reply. What a shocking business. I will visit when next in Melbourne and have a chat !!!!

I ordered one dress and received an appalling copy of another.. No tags to show brand and size. Pattern on material nothing like the advertised image. Colour nothing like the advertised image. The advertised image looks like it linen, the dress I received is polyester - feels like rubber.....ghastly to touch.....

Bought an eagle decanter as a gift. Looked more like a budgie. Nothing like the picture or description. Emailed several times, no response. Disgusting the quality of goods. Not worth $10 let alone $60! Buyers be aware.

They send the garments, but they are extremely low quality material, not the size quoted so dont fit. When you contact them for a return- they send a couple of emails discourageing you but never send the details for the return. Extremely poor company. I discourage everyone from ordering from there,

Total scam. The photos on their website are not theirs and of a far more superior maker. The product you receive is not fit for service and a very poor copy made in China. Everything about the jacket is false and you will not be happy. Their aftersales service goes quiet when you ask for a refund. Avoid at all costs you have been warned..

I ordered a dress and the website claims that the dress is worth over $300.00 I received it and is of extremely low quality. I reached out to their support which is 24/7 but I have not yet received a response. I expect a full refund but it is false advertising.
