Do not use this company. You've been warned. Their website showed a completely different part than the one I received. They would not pay for return shipping because they said the pictures are for marketing purposes only. I threw out the part. Its useless for my car. Find a better company with legit pictures of the actual product you are buying. Find an honest company!

Bought a radiator from them, needed it pretty bad to get my car running again. Waited 5 days after order to tell me it’s back ordered a couple months so I asked for a refund and am still waiting a week later for the refund to process. Customer service is responsive but has pretty much just told me I’m out of luck and to keep waiting both times I contacted

I found a Borgeson 999017 steering set. I was nearly finished with the ordering process when I got second thoughts (as I do live in Germany) about their reputation.

I found out that they sell item without having them in stock.
I wrote an email to Vivid Racing regarding this item( in Stock?) and never received an answer.
That was an answer for me too!!!

They sold me a product that was advertised as in stock. Then said it wasn’t in stock and would ship within a couple weeks. Then got another notification that it wouldn’t ship for about 2.5 months after original order date. About 2 weeks later I finally got fed up and tried to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t cancel the order because it had already shipped and that I would have to pay a return shipping fee. I never received a shipping confirmation. This is a very shady company and apparently they like screwing their veterans. More to follow.

How is this business still around? They have been scamming people for over a decade! People should read the thousands of reviews from years of scamming everyone!

This is a piece of crap company. Went on web and order on November 13 2025 said it was in stock come to fine out it wasn’t with no update and it got delivered on January 4 2026. Had to call them a few times to see were my order was at.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased an item, and a week later (and only after my prodding) learned that it was out of stock. I requested a refund on December 22nd, but even after acknowledging the cancelled order they refuse to refund the purchase amount. I went back and forth with them for 2+ weeks and they kept saying "we're working on it". Only after filing negative reviews and calling my bank to reverse the charges did they finally respond. Sounds like many others have had this kind of experience with them. Unless you want to give your money away to a scammer, buy elsewhere.

I ordered my product on Friday Dec 26th and I received it on Monday Dec 29th. Great web site with lots of choices. I will continue to recommend this site and company.

They made sure I felt comfortable cause it had 1 small delay. They assured me and sent me an accurate arriving day.

The customer service is great. That's the truth of it all. Unfortunately I botched the part that was sent to my car. No one's fault but mine. Thanks for everything guys! Sincerely.

after using my credit card with vivid racing a couple days later there was fraudulent charges on the my credit card had to call and cancel my card and after calling there customer service about my order i wasnt satisfied with there answers and decided to ultimately cancel my order after waiting all day still no email stating the cancelation was done and the return was on its way, i wouldnt even give vividracing a single star but i had to give atleast 1 star to give a review, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU MAY GET FRAUDULANT CHARGES ON YOUR CARD

Order was as expected with reasonable delivery time. Am new to this particular product but quailty appears to be as advertised, good fit and suitable for my application. Now installed, time will tell.

Ordered on Black Friday, and received it in 2 weeks! I thought these fenders were backordered but customer service did a really good job on getting it quickly to me!
