The worst jewelry company you can find. Over priced and expensive items for terrible customer service and quality. I received a studded necklace with missing diamonds all over it and wasn’t issued a refund because I didn’t know about their 48 hour notice period. Literally scammed me is broad daylight I wore the necklace one time.

I have bought jewelry before from Vivienne Westwood and I never had a complain about it. But however this time it was just not it. I bought a bracelet which was not cheap at all and I do expect good quality jewelry. I didn’t even wore it for more than 24 hours and I broke. I already sent them a mail about it, but they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Which is absurd I payed a lot of money for this bracelet and when it broke they couldn’t fix it.

My package wasn't delivered even though they told me it was, when I made a complaint it took them a week to respond and they said they'd send me a replacement but didn't give me a new tracking number and completely ghosted me. Absolutely horrid customer service.

Le transporteur a trouvé moyen d'envoyer mon colis à Leipzig , ce qui a occasionné un retard de 24 h.
MAIS je dois dire que le service client de Vivienne Westwood a été exemplaire : heure par heure ils m'ont tenu au courant de la localisation du colis et des causes du retard en se renseignant auprès du transporteur. Et cela avec une parfaite courtoisie et prévenance malgré ma colère.
Quant aux articles commandés, ils ont fait la joie de l'amie à qui je les ai offerts. Conformes et impeccables.

Bought a necklace from Fenwick - a stone fell out within a couple of weeks. They were great and refunded. However I bought some earrings online direct for a birthday gift - on opening my daughter noticed that one was tarnished. I contacted them and they tried to fob me off, stating that they allow 48hours for complaints and couldn’t help.
I quoted legislation and re stated that they haven’t been worn and aren’t as described - they’ll now allow me to send them back for inspection asking me to follow information on returns form and that they won’t accept anything that’s not sent back as stated .

There wasn’t a returns form included.Feels a little like they are making this way more difficult than it should be. Such poor CS. Won’t buy VW again. Shame - she was an icon and the CS has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Update: was finally allowed to send earrings back for inspection. And they came back to me about a week later saying that the damage was due to how they’d been treated whilst being worn (sun cream on them) or kept in damp conditions - so they would not refund and would send back. I was outraged - as they’d not been worn at all. I had to quote legislation and told them that whatever nonsense they put online - they cannot ignore law so they had to refund or I would report them to trading standards. They must have sent me earrings that had been returned by another customer. I got the refund a few days later. Avoid VW !!

Sono venuta qui per dare un'occhiata alle recensioni nella speranza di scoprire qualcosa in più sulla qualità dei prodotti e il numero spropositato di recensioni negative mi ha spaventato, ma ho scoperto che la causa principale sono gli ordini che non arrivano e mancati rimborsi.
Ragazzi, se cercate Vivienne Westwood sul web ci sono almeno tre pagine diverse che escono fuori. Andate sulla loro pagina verificata di Instagram, cliccate il link in bio e troverete il sito online corretto.
Io ho fatto così e ho ricevuto subito la mail di conferma e il prodotto è arrivato dopo due giorni, autentico e in perfetto stato.
Purtroppo il phishing è sempre più diffuso e probabilmente avete acquistato su un sito falso, a me è successo con Bershka e proprio questa esperienza mi ha permesso di agire in modo più consapevole, proprio perché mi sembrava ci fossero più siti in giro ho pensato di entrarci attraverso un canale verificato.
Fate sempre così se potete, ve lo consiglio di cuore!

I bought a silver Vivienne Westwood necklace in August of 2023 from Selfridges.

I take good care of it, and wear it on special occasions.

Recently it fell apart and I could see the glue stains that were used to keep it together (not what I’d expect for an item I paid over £100 for).

As it was an issue of poor craftsmanship I approached Vivienne Westwood directly. I provided my certificate to show that my necklace was authentic. I even said I was willing to send my necklace to them so they could inspect and resolve.

This was via email. I sent two emails in total. They responded to the first and completely ignored the second.

Shocking customer service, poor quality of product. I’m disappointed. Don’t recommend this brand.

Vivienne Westwood you can’t keep selling products that brake…arrive broken and the colour rubbed off..your Apple Watch straps where the name rubs off and bow shoes where the bows fall off……we have spent so much money as girls love the Trent,the design and the attention for wearing it and it’s cheap and nasty…and I get told to basically go away and go back to the franchise I got them from to be told to go back to Vivienne Westwood…SCANDLESS!!!

Die Bestellung von Ohrsteckern wurde falsch geliefert ( anstatt des bestellten schwarzen Steins, kamen Stecker mit weißem Stein ).
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice, einer Entschuldigung für die Falschlieferung, sollten wir die Stecker erneut bestellen.
Heute: Wieder wurden die falschen geliefert....

If there was a zero I would give it a zero. Bought silver coloured orb necklace and bracelet as a 50th birthday present. It turned coppery brown in less than 6 months. Unwearable cheap product sold at an eye watering price. When I returned it to the shop and they returned it to Vivienne Westwood I was told I had worn it wrong. It was my fault. Reading the other reviews I can see that it was their fault for shoddy products. Took it to jewellers to see if I could get it dipped in rhodium and they said the base metal was so poor that this was not possible. I was left without a birthday present and am still upset today. Do not buy

Ero molto spaventata dalle varie recensioni lette. Ho fatto un ordine con tanto timore ma alla fine è andato tutto perfettamente! In 3 giorni il mio ordine è arrivato a casa e senza problemi. Mi sono arrivate sia email di conferma che un messaggio dal corriere. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!!

I got the Small Studio Shopper in pink&gold on a Wednesday, delivery was super fast and everything was beautifully wrapped. Unfortunately not only the delivery was super fast. I used the bag only to go to work 3 times and by saturday evening the paint was peeling off on all 4 corners. Contacted customer service, with pictures of the damage. They were also super fast. To reply that they are SO comitted to satisfy their customers but this is “normal wear & tear and they are sorry for the dissapointment and inconvenience.” What happened to this company? Lousy products that fall apart after a couple of hours of use and a deflecting and rude customer service.

Habe Ohrstecker für 190 Euro online bestellt, diese kamen defekt an, ein Stab war abgebrochen. Telefonisch und per E-Mail reklamiert. Zunächst erklärte man mir, dass die Frist von 48 Stunden (!) bereits überschritten sei und ich deshalb keinen Anspruch auf Umtausch oder Ersatz habe! Bei einem zweiten telefonischen Versuch wurde ich um Fotos gebeten. Auf die E-Mail reagiert niemand. Absolute Katastrophe! Ich bestelle dort nie wieder.

I bought New Petite Orb Earrings (2cm) for the 50th birthday of my love, to surprise her. The picture on the website looks marvelous. True, they are two centimeter, however the quality is dreadful. And the color on the website does not match the earrings. Due to hygienic reasons I can only return of the package is UNOPENED. What a laugh. Only the name is impeccable: Petite. Total rubbish, what a disappointment. It's sad.

I honestly expected better from a brand like Vivienne Westwood, but I’m beyond disappointed. I ordered a pendant necklace, and without even wearing it in the shower or exposing it to any water at all, it turned completely brown in a matter of weeks. It looks tarnished, cheap, and nothing like the piece I paid for.
On top of that, I also ordered the Orb belt — and it literally broke apart like some cheap knockoff from a random Chinese website. I didn’t overuse it, I didn’t mistreat it, nothing. It just snapped on its own like it was made from toy parts.
For the price and the so-called “prestige” of this brand, this is beyond embarrassing. Clearly, the quality control is nonexistent and the materials are shockingly low-grade. Save yourself the frustration — Vivienne Westwood is a complete scam.

Nachdem ich die Ware erhalten hatte, war ich schockiert: Der gelieferte Artikel entspricht weder der auf der Website dargestellten Qualität noch dem dort vermittelten Eindruck. Die Abweichung ist derart gravierend, dass man hier von arglistiger Täuschung sprechen muss.

Ich habe die Website mehrfach kontaktiert, um eine Rückgabe zu veranlassen. Wochen später erhielt ich lediglich die Rückmeldung, dass meine Anfrage geprüft wurde – mit dem Ergebnis, dass der Artikel angeblich nicht unter die Rückgaberichtlinien falle.

Die Website lockt mit professionellen Fotos und schönen Beschreibungen, liefert aber letztlich ein völliges Fiasko. Eine Rückgabe der Ware wird konsequent verweigert – ein klarer Betrugsfall.
