Ho telefonato per chiedere informazioni su eventuali dazi e mi hanno risposto che spediscono dall'Italia con corriere dhl, dopo il pagamento è arrivata una mail di conferma con il tracking della spedizione. Arrivato il pacco puntualissimo oggi, con all'interno anche tutto il necessario per fare un'eventuale reso. Di ottima qualità anche la scatola. Leggendo le recensioni negative ho incrociato le dita... mi sbagliavo , tutto impeccabile! Ultima cosa, camicia è bellissima!

I ordered a piece of jewelry - "MINI BAS-RELIEF BRACELET", for such a price I expected it to be at least silver, but it is just brass... But it's ok, the bracelet itself is very detailed and overall looks solid, the recipient was happy with the gift :)

Price - expensive, but worth it.
Delivery - extremely fast! Props to DHL!
Packaging - ok, although (for the price) it could have been better.
Quality - solid, but don't expect it to stand up to harsh conditions, with proper care it will last... hopefully.

Overall experience - 7/10

Poor quality jewellery. Purchased a Vivienne Westwood necklace from Selfridges. After 7 months the stone started to falling out. Neither Selfridges nor Vivienne Westwood will do anything to rectify the problem. Do not buy Vivienne Westwood jewellery

I got a bracelet for a gift and it tarnished and i only had it a few months !!!
It’s basically nothing they can do it’s your fault not their fault! Very disappointing as the stuff not cheap will never purchase this brand again
They are happy to take the money !!

I purchased an item online in Australia and it was too small for me. I called Vivienne Westwood in London and spoke to the Manager Sandra. I explained my predicament to Sandra and she was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to help, she called me in Australia twice, she emailed me and she rectified the situation in the matter of days. Just over a week later I had my item and it was perfect.
I am so grateful to her for organising everything and going above and beyond to help. Sandra’s level of communication was superior and the manner with which she approached the situation was outstanding.
She is a massive asset to the Vivienne Westwood brand.
I will definitely be buying more!

Produit cher de qualité médiocre. Collier cassé au bout de deux ans d’usage normal. À fuir. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent.
Service client sans intérêt.

Das Konzept ist klar. Man nehme einen bekannten Namen und nehme den 20-fachen Preis! Für billigsten Ramsch, den man in zumindest gleicher Qualität bei Temu und Co. bestellen könnte. Allerdings zu einem realistischem Preis.
Wir haben eine Kette bestellt, Kaufpreis 150€. Nach ca. 6 Monaten löst sie sich schon auf. Eine Reklamation wird beantwortet mit:
"Leider können wir Ihnen nicht weiterhelfen und entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten oder Enttäuschungen, die dies verursachen kann."
Dieses dumme Geschwätz können die sich auch sparen. Billigsten Ramsch als teuren Designermodeschmuck zu verkaufen nennt man auch Betrug.
Nicht bestellen!

Per quanto mi riguarda esperienza assolutamente positiva. Ho acquistato un anello on line il lunedì mattina ed il pomeriggio del giorno dopo mi è stato consegnato perfettamente imballato.
Packaging impeccable

Bought two Megan Kilts in two different colours. The black arrived with what looked like a button had been ripped off and missing. Called customer service who asked to see a photo via email. They don't offer exchanges. But, will accept a return. The issue is that I don't have the time to arrange the return, and they don't have my size in stock anymore. I'm not sure if I was sent an already returned item by another customer. But, you'd expect they would have some kind of quality control before sending out items. If it wasn't £600 I wouldn't be that bothered. The other skirt, in good condition, was £700. So, do I keep the skirt and replace the button with spare supplied, try to hide the damage, and simply learn from the experience never to purchase again? Or, what!!!?

Cela fait maintenant 1 mois que j'ai effectuée ma commande chez cette enseigne, Voulant acheter un petit cadeau pour copine , je me retrouve sans cadeau et sans copine ayant reçu de nombreux avis positifs, je ne recommanderais pas de commander dans cette enseigne. Si vous insistez à acheter des produits je recommanderais d'acheter plutôt en boutique et non ligne

Jewellery is absolute tat, didn’t even last 3 weeks before tarnishing. Made a complaint and was told it was my fault it had tarnished, worst customer service ever!!!!. Whatever you do, don’t waste your money, all their jewellery is of very poor quality.

Dovevo effettuare un cambio,che per causa di forza maggiore ho dovuto fare attraverso cellulare. Il personale è stato super disponibile nell’aiutarmi e soprattutto velocissimo ed efficiente nelle risposte e nella rispedizione del pacco, sia le commesse in negozio, sia l’addetto Brent Baldeo che si è mostrato cordiale,simpatico e davvero gentile

Same had with my daughters bas choker and they don’t want to know I’ve had jewellery and handbags from primark that have lasted longer

Collier + médaillon acheté en Juin 2023 a 152€.
6 mois plus tard l' ensemble est complétement rouillé, alors qu il n y a jamais eu de contact avec de l eau, crème, maquillage, uniquement un peu de transpiration dans le cou
J ai contacté le service client qui m a dit, désolé, toutes nos excuses, mais on ne peut rien pour vous.
Donc très cher pour une très très mauvaise qualité.
A savoir, sur TEMU, il y a exactement le même ensemble à 1.27€

Non ho avuto modo di ordinare alcun prodotto. So solo che il servizio personal shopper di Milano mi ha deluso. Da venerdì sera ho provato in tutti i modi a ordinare tramite tale servizio. Bene, mi rispondono una prima volta sabato, dicendomi di scrivere domenica perché sono pieni di gente in negozio. Allora scrivo domenica per confermare l’ordine e chiedere le modalità di pagamento, niente. Mi dicono di risentirci lunedì. Lunedì aspetto la risposta e chiedo di rinviarmi il link.. mi bloccano! Ebbene sì. Sono stata bloccata dalla società… e meno male che volevo acquistare solo dei gioielli.
Ma questa è serietà? Dov’è il rispetto per i clienti?

Don’t buy a watch from this company bought Vivienne Westwood watch 6 months ago stopped working strap colour almost faded and falling apart , told watch was to old to replace and I would have to pay for repair from the company they sold it too,the WATCHSHOP on line company Vivian Westwood, we’re not interested contact the company you bought it from online, even though it is one of there watches
