I usually don’t complain
I usually don’t complain, but this experience is beyond unacceptable. I spent over $500 on VivioMD, the first dosage didn’t work at all, and I probably lost 2 pounds from pure stress dealing with their nonsense.
They automatically charged my account, ignored every call and email, and left me without the medication I paid for. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Zero care.
This is not just bad service—it’s dangerous for anyone relying on them for health needs. I had no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank. I honestly wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.
If you value your time, money, and health, run screaming in the other direction. VivioMD is a scam disguised as healthcare. Avoid at all costs.

I can not get to my portal
I can not get to my portal, I’m charged way in advance for medication , totally confused on when to ask for refill and way too many appointments with no weight loss I don’t think this is a real compound
And no point of contact to get my money back
