I was a regular customer with Vivona ear care and have patronised 4 times before and referred to my son as well.
I feel totally sucks experience on 13 February 2025. The clinician undermined my good mood to my son. Finally we had to cancel our dining out… 😡😡😡
Your staff member is absolutely not familiar with the company’s terms and conditions of customer loyalty card which apply to customers. I asked your staff to show me the relevant T&C but she was unable to show this rule in black and white.
The story was I went with my son to Vivona at croydon and my son received treatment service and I would pay for it. Before starting I spoke to the clinician to make sure my holding customer loyalty card is still valid for this time service and she said, yes. I also told her I would be responsible to pay the service fee.
When finished I present the loyalty, your staff unjustly accused me of abusing use the card. I said why, she said this card belonged to you and not your son. I said that paper card has no name on it. She kept arguing with me around 15 minutes which was longer time than tender the service to my son. She dealt with my son’s ears cleaning just less than 15 minutes.
I read Viviona’s 4 pages of T&C which never mentioned the use of loyalty card rules in details. All I know is when a customer come to receive service they will receive a stamp collection and collect 3 stamps customer can enjoy 25% discount which is 20 quids on the forth visit. Like Starbucks, Shell and Lidl cards. Your staff, Candice kept arguing with me in front of my son. I feel so insulted. I had told your staff I was very unhappy but she still thought I was abused using that card. She even undermined my good mood to my son and we finally cancelled dining out.
I often come to patronise your service for four times already and I will never come back again as you wish to hold 20 quids tight. I even won’t recommend Vivona to all my known friends and colleagues.

Professional friendly treatment would definitely recommend if you need help with ear wax problems - good advice given too about how to protect my ears when I go swimming.

Amazing experience. Firstly, it was very easy and straightforward to book a same day appointment. I was seen by John who was extremely helpful and kind. He made sure to explain everything to me, remained enthusiastic throughout and made sure i was okay. You can tell he really loves his job! I would definitely recommend Vivona to anyone in need.

A really good experience Fixed my blocked ears

All the staff members are extremely lovely, very helpful and kind.

Vivona Earcare offers good service with skilled and polite staff who explain procedures clearly. The Croydon branch provides same-day appointments and treats anyone aged 10+. The earwax removal is professionally done and the treatment room is clean. While the service is generally satisfactory, giving them 3 stars reflects a solid experience with room for minor improvements.
