This wa my first time placing an order with Vivy London and still very new with online shopping in general. A bit longer longer on delivery that promised but everything arrived in good condition. handbag looks so good. Thank you

Ordered a pair of boots for weekend trips and they've been great so far. The fit was spot on right out of the box which rarely happens for me. They have enough support for walking around all day without feeling heavy. Delivery took about a week and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Decent but could be better. to be fair the costumer support was very helpfull is just iwsh i didnt have to return pieces.

First time ordering with VIvy. Can't complain, shoutout to their costumer support which was really friendly and helpfull. might order in future,, im still getting used to online shopping.

The design is why I keep ordering from Vivy London. Everything looks lovely on, the cuts are flattering and the colours go with loads of stuff I already own. It always feels a bit more expensive than what I paid. Really happy with how everything looks! i look forward to them launching a male collection for my husband haha!

Bestellen ging soepel, site is helder. Past goed, zit comfortabel. Zeker het overwegen waard.

I had to contact customer service because I made a mistake in my order. The lady that assisted me was super helpful and quick to response. We sorted out the issue rather quickly, which I'm thankful for.

Had a great expierence ordering for the first time with Vivy. Clothes look and feel great and are easy to wash. I look forward to their collection next season.
