VlookGlasses レビュー

Attention, SCAM! Ordered two pairs of glasses, both with the same prescricption data I used for all my previous orders with different other vendors (so I definitely can say the data is correct, because all my glasses from other vendors work perfectly). The VLOOK glasses (progressive lenses) both don´t work at all, I can´t read and can´t see anything on my computer at all, they are unusable. VLOOK customer support rejected to refund.

I had never ordered from Vlook before, but loved the price point and thought I’d give them an go.

After my order was processed, Vlook reached out directly when the last available frame didn’t pass their own quality inspection. They communicated quickly, directly, and personably and helped me find a different frame.

Rather than send me a sub-quality product and hope I didn’t notice, they were honest and communicative. I’ll take that kind of service commitment every day!!

Thank you for that, Vlook team! Y’all may have a consistent customer moving forward :)

The glasses are incredibly designed and are very affordable and the shipping is fast and reliable as stated. They are my go to for nice affordable glasses.

I have ordered multiple pairs from Vlook. I've loved them all and customer service is top notch.

Very affordable prices and some designs that are on par to the expensive designer stuff out there. Highly recommend if youre seeking for a new pair of glasses.

I ordered a pair of glasses and some reason the frame cracked. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and my replacement is on the way. Now that is service.

Tons of options to choose from. At a great price! Have purchased multiple so far. And will continue to purchase more! The customer support is top notch. Quality is top notch. All in all 5 stars!

My glass frame broke as soon as I mounted them. They were responsive and agreed to replace them when I contacted them. It was a fast and easy process.

Had a few questions in regards to the glasses before I purchased them, customer service was very attentive and professional.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m absolutely loving my Vlook glasses! The quality is excellent, they are stylish, comfortable, and fit perfectly. The glasses look even better in person, and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Great quality, beautiful design, and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Vlook glasses to anyone looking for stylish and reliable eyewear! 👓❤️

Great customer service. I loved the glasses I got but shortly after a piece broke and they were very kind and responsive to bless me with a replacement. Great company and quality

Very good prices also had an issue and they resolved it quick

I have bought two sunglasses. After one month, one of them has broken. VLK does not reply to any of my E Mails. This is a pity, since the glasses do look good.

I've ordered from them many times over and always received great products and very good price. My last order had a minor issue and when I reached out to customer service it was an easy process. They quickly provided several solutions and I selected the option that best fit my needs. No fuss. Quick and easy. Thanks VLook.

I’m genuinely obsessed with these glasses from Vlook Glasses ✨
